Spring break

We had a great stay. It was my husband, myself and our 17 year son. The condo was clean well decorated, and the code to the door made it easy for us to come and go. The only small things we didn’t like was there were only one towel per guest and no beach towels for the great pools on the property. Also the coffee pot was tiny. Overall a great experience would do it again.

We had a wonderful time for our girls trip! The weather didn't cooperate but that kept crowds away. We found amazing shells and sea glass!

The property is under construction. The building is old and needs improvements but the apartment was in excellent conditions. Clean and pretty decor. Good sheets. The pools were good.

Great Visit

Place was beautiful and has a comfy bed and large patio overlooking the pool and slight views of the ocean. It sleeps 6 but i can't imagine more than 2 people in there, even a little tight for 2. The only reason we gave it a 4 was because the people above usmade sooo much noise all hours of the day and night it was difficult to sleep and watch TV. They were constantly walking across the floor in loud clodhoppers and moving furniture. When we spoke with the manager, his comment was "I don't know what i can do about it." Helpful hints: you only get 2 rolls of toliet paper and 2 dishwasher pods as well as 1 towel and wash rag for each bed so if you are staying more than a few nights you might bring additional.

Cheap stay- you get what you pay for

First impression, run down. Walking in to the condo we immediately noticed the tile was cracked in multiple places. Shower looked dirty upon inspection. There were missed cleaning spots all over the tile. The rug in the bedroom was stained and needs to be replaced. It’s gross looking. Bed was ok for one adult. Is on springs so not very comfortable. They left us 4 towels for bathing so everyone got 1 towel, after 4 days they were pretty nasty. I would suggest asking for another floor towel because after a lot of showers the one we had got pretty wet and dirty. The swimming pool was too warm. Like a bath with friends. Chips all over the bottom of the pool made it look dirty and it seriously needs to be resurfaced. At the check in they gave you wrist bands with your room number on them. I’m sorry I’m not having my kids wear wrist bands with their room number as an advertisement. Not in this day and age! There was a super odd mother and son resident or long term renter that were on the corner lower level off the pool. The middle age son would get super drunk and blast his music and let his little white shitzu dogs run all over the shared balcony. They barked like crazy and he let them in and out of the pool area. Guy was not right in the head and put on a huge spectacle almost nightly. We almost called the cops on him because he made a threatening gesture toward us after we kept staring at him because he was acting CRAZY! We booked this place last minute so is what it is.

Vacation

Our stay was very pleasurable. The location is convenient to any thing you want to do. You have access to your choice of pools to swim in and sun in. Our condo had everything we needed in it and a great air conditioner. The covered Parking made it even better.

Nice Place, Could use a few upgrades

We found the place overall a nice stay. It was very clean and had a nice smell. I would recommend an upgrade to the couch- which is caved in on all three seats and the stove- we found that the oven would not keep heat. I will say that we didn't have hot water the first day and we called the owner (on a Sunday AM) they got back to us VERY quickly, figured out a pilot light went out and we had hot water within an hour. I was very pleased. Overall, we would stay here again.

Filthy

I was very displeased with my stay. The couch was filthy and could not be sat on so we were not able to relax, only in the room. There was dog hair EVERYWHERE and we did not bring a pet. There was a lot of gnats so we it was hard to eat our food without gnats going in it. The hot water did not work.

Listing was very misleading

The pictures of this condo were gorgeous, fresh, perfect for what we were looking for. Upon arrival I noticed that the "updates" were painted tile floors, painted counters, very used furniture. Upon further inspection I found some areas to be downright disgusting. The nightstand was sticky and covered with dog hair. The shower curtain was moldy and mildewy. The tracks inside for the sliding door were filthy. There were smears of blood on the bathroom wall and vanity. The rugs were filthy. The complex was in poor condition, trash everywhere, dog poop all over the grass, the elevators only worked sporadically. The buildings are older with very loud plumbing. The layout of the condo has the beds right next to the noisy hallways. Overall, the place was a huge disappointment. Definitely not worth the price. We definitely wouldn't stay here again or recommend it.

location is great.. at the end of seawall, close to the state park not right up in the crowds.. dog friendly no unreasonable cleaning or rules, there was construction in pool area & sleeper couch not exactly sleepable but still better and same price as La Quinta.. cute clean nice

30 Anniversary Get-Away

Our trip was great, got to see lots of sights and eat way too much great seafood. The condo we stayed in was furnished very nicely with good comfortable furniture and accessories. great assortment of kitchen utensils and towels for the bathroom. Did not have any trash bags to replace in the cans after we took out the trash today. Loved the pool and the view!!! Will go back if we can!!!
