We had an amazing time! Best view of the beach! The Host was stellar, great communication and information! Location was perfect, near everything! The VRBO was very clean and had everything you needed for cooking or just enjoying a glass of wine or cup of coffee! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Place is great location to everything on the island and directly faces seawall and ocean. The bedroom is a little small but the entire unit is laid out well so that a family of 4 can be comfortable. Unit is clean and everything is pretty new. Overall its a great find for somewhere to stay. Only reason gave 4 out 5 stars is because directly in front of it is a very busy intersection and can get very loud on weekend nights. This can be heard in the living room but i didnt hear it when in the bedroom.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy. We were able to get our parking tags right when we got there. The actual location was close to everything. You can walk right to the beach- literally. The view on the photos are exact view of the beach, so it was nice to sit on the patio and relax. The pier is only a few minutes drive. There is also a grocery store down the street. The suite was very cute and very clean.

Location, location, location. The balcony view was in itself worth it and get out and cross the seawall blvd and you are at 61st st. pier. Very convenient.Property was clean and well stocked.The check-in and communication process have been well automated and seamless.Overall very happy with the stay.

Awesome location, needs some TLC

My family and I stayed booked a trip here early in the month and had to leave after the 1st night due to mold, musty smell and asthma issues with my son and my husband. There is no screen door or fans in the bathroom, so any moisture stays in the unit 24/7. When you shut the sliding doors at night, you smell and feel it all. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and you could tell there was a mold issue. The A/C rattles, too, so if you're a light sleeper it's not ideal. The location is perfect and the view one-of-a-kind. While they did reimburse me for the remaining 2 nights, I was still charged for cleaning, parking + the 1st night stay, which I did not find fair bc it was their issue not mine. And a health issue atop all. Definitely not the place to stay if you have asthma or allergy to mold. Perhaps a humidifier to include at night would help with the sheets/blankets feeling damp and their housekeeping should check vents weekly for dust build-up as we saw firsthand. In general, we didn't have a good experience. We felt cleaner and more comfortable sitting out on the balcony vs. being inside to be honest. We booked here, too, bc they didn't allow pets -- and we thought that would = healthier conditions for my family. Sigh.....

Nice Stay

This property was cute! It fit 2 adults and 2 kids perfectly for our stay. The bunk beds were a hit, after they got done bickering about how they would decide which one got the bottom with a TV, or the top without a TV. The condo had everything that you may need, and then some. Having big beach towels right at the door when you are heading to the beach was a nice touch. The beach is right across the street and easy to walk to. It is a relatively clean beach with lifeguards on duty. The porch has a great view of the water, however, it is right at a popular intersection and the vehicle noise is mostly what you hear. The picture of the deck was a little misleading with not many cars in the picture. The complex had ice machines and numerous, clean laundry facilities which cost $2 to wash and $2 to dry, so make sure to bring quarters. The pools were nice and everyone enjoyed them. Security was also very active and would patrol the parking lots and other public spaces. It really helped make us feel safe. It was a great short trip and we would stay here again.
