Great place and property

One of the better equipped properties I’ve ever stayed at. Very good cookware, appliances, beach supplies, etc. the owners were very good with communicating with us in the middle of our stay when we needed information about EV charging. The building and amenities were too notch. The kids loved the pool. A perfect family getaway.

Paradise in Galveston

This condo was beautiful and had every amenity that we needed. We will definitely be back and stay here again. Beautiful scenic views. The house was an excellent condition and very clean. All we had to purchase was a few groceries and we had the perfect week. From beach toys and beach towels to games that you can play in the room everything was there. This truly made it paradise in Galveston for us.

We had such a great trip. The facilities are immaculate. Well kept upscale resort feeling. The condo itself was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Also have never stayed somewhere where it was so well stocked with so much extra equipment for the beach games, food, spices, toiletries, beach towels & kitchen supplies. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful home away from home!

This Palisades Palm condo was a wonderful “home” to my family while on Vacation in Galveston! My family of four, including two teenagers, had a wonderful trip. The owners were responsive to questions before and during the trip. We appreciated the gift basket and ended up using the pasta/sauce/wine as a last-minute dinner. The condo layout is well-designed and spacious, with empty dressers, a large walk-in closet in the master, and hooks to hang items. The condo and amenities are clean, bright, and beautiful. Having “lived-in” items in the condo for meals, laundry, and miscellaneous needs was fantastic! The concierge was very helpful before and during the trip. The view is peaceful and beautiful and perfect for morning coffee, watching ships depart, and amazing sunsets. The condo is on the quiet side of the island but minutes away from restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The building is safe, and the parking garage is well-lit. The owner asked if there were any suggestions for future stays, and frankly, I couldn’t think of one thing. This condo was truly like staying at a friend’s well-cared-for home. It was warm, inviting, and so well equipped. I cannot recommend it more. The Galveston/area has many great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The history was fascinating, and the architecture of the town was gorgeous. We had an amazing trip with lots of memories. I would highly recommend both the condo and the area for your next vacation!

Perfect place to rest and renew our lives.

We so appreciated and fully enjoyed the gorgeous views from the large balcony, the easy access to the beach, the beautifully appointed home, and being close to all Galveston offers with the room to breathe that the east end provides.

These owners are great!

First the owners lived here for several years before they listed it for rental. It is really nice. It is well furnished, the kitchen has everything including condiments, zip lock bags, all the seasonings--the pantry was full of the items you just can't take with you. This is like staying in someone's home with everything supplied. The owners have anticipated everything to make it a stress-free stay. Thanks!

Perfect Galveston Paradise!

My husband and I came with our 10 year old granddaughter and we had a wonderful experience here! This property was inviting, immaculate, and filled with all the items you need to prepare any type of food. The beds were extremely comfortable, as were all the living room and patio furniture. The ocean views off the balcony were spectacular and we often got a close up view of flocks of pelicans. There were games, puzzles, beach towels, a boogie board, a kite, a cart for the beach, plus beach chairs! The pool was very well maintained. We had so much fun and there was not one thing we needed that wasn’t provided during our stay. Our hosts went above and beyond! We shall definitely return to this beautiful condo!

March at Palisade Palms

This is a fabulous condo. It’s very clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows are great. Kitchen is very well equipped. Nice to have access to beach towels, toys and puzzles. The welcome basket is a nice touch. You don’t have to worry about stopping for dinner or groceries before you arrive. The complex is very nice and very safe. Short walk to the beach. Only issue with the beach is no shells-no worries just hop the ferry to Bolivar I will definitely book this condo again

Beautiful clean condo with a well stocked kitchen in a building with great amenities. Walking distance to the beach with a short drive to restaurants and stores. Owner’s provided a lot of helpful suggestions and information and communicated frequently. Overall a great stay.

Spacious with Great Views!

Great condo with plenty of space for our family. We have 2 little kids and it was perfect. They had their own space and we had ours. The views from the patio during the night and day are amazing! We loved that the kitchen had everything that we needed to cook our dinners. I've been to Vrbos where I needed to bring stuff to cook with and they had everything provided from crockpots to pans to you name it! It was nice that the owners provided plenty of beach toys and equipment for the adults and kiddos. Also, great communication with the owners. Thank you for letting us stay at your condo for a week!

Great Palisades Condo

We've have stayed at several different condos in the Palisades over the years. This unit is excellent. Very clean and very well stocked with kitchen utensils, games, towels, etc. The property owners communicate well and even left a very nice goody basket on our arrival. We would highly recommend.

AWESOME!

Condo was awesome! The comfortable furnishings, well equipped kitchen, etc. were the best we’ve encountered in a rental. The owners were quick to respond to questions that we had both before and after our arrival. We definitely will stay here again, especially when the owners were open to getting another key fob for future renters. We also love all of the resort amenities.

Great holiday week

We had a great time at the Palisade Palms for the 4th of July holiday week! The condo had everything needed for our group (2 adults, 2 yr old and 7 yr old) to enjoy the pool and beach! We were worried about crowds but this place is perfect and you practically have the beach to yourself. Would highly recommend!
