  • **Please be advised that the elevator in Seascape Building 2 will be out of service for a complete replacement from 11/30/26 to 1/23/27. Two sets of stairs will remain available as alternatives. Rental rates will remain unchanged, and we will not offer refunds or rate adjustments due to the elevator being out of service.**

Best stay on the island

35+ years of visiting Galveston and there is no better place to stay than the Seascape.

This place was great! We were in town for the Ironman and this place was close to everything. We loved that we could walk down to the pool and to the beach with the easy access it provides. Home was VERY clean. But make sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash because none is provided which is normal for rentals. We loved that there is security on the premises 24/7. Overall I highly recommend staying here!Only thing that was a lot was the amount of emails we got from management before check in and I thought they were spam since I had already paid but I was getting an email saying I needed to pay so I sent a screenshot of my payment. But this does not take away at all from our stay. We will gladly come back next year!

Excellent view of ocean from our balcony

Wonderful property. Condo very very small but property amenities made up for it. Wonderful staff. Pools, access to beach, parking and elevator were perfect. We're coming back next year!!

Nice condo.

Everything was good but felt like paper towels should have been included in the kitchen. Balcony was very spacious with nice table and chairs. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of drawer space in the bathroom.

We loved our stay here at this property. It was the perfect location to stay with young kids. My kids loved being so close to the pool and to the beach. Being able to access the beach so easily was perfect for when i needed to take my kids back to the room to use the restroom or to make us lunch. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. My only suggestion is to pack extra toilet paper, cooking spices, paper towels. We did this and I was so glad I did. My only feedback on what could have been better was most of the bedding had quite a bit of stains. I could tell they had been washed but it still added the feeling of it not being clean when we arrived. The bunk beds could use a thorough cleaning because there were hairs and sand in the frames. Finally, the sheets on the bunk beds don't fit properly so they kept popping off anytime my son laid on the bed, which was frustrating. Other than those things which are easy fixes, we had a wonderful stay, and would come back again!

Be ready to haul all your luggage up flights of stairs!

We loved this room and love this property and have been staying here for 25 years however this place needs some maintenance. Most importantly to the elevators. 3 out of the 4 days we were there the elevator didn’t work to our floor. My grandparents stayed in building 1 and the elevator was broke the entire time!!! Making elderly people walk flights of stairs is insane. Due to this issue we will be looking into a different set of condos or somewhere just out of Galveston all together. Room was super clean! I feel for the house cleaners…one helped me haul my luggage up and down and expressed how hard her job is due to having to carry all her supplies up and down the stairs. Do better seascape!!
