The condo was great. The parking was terrible. It was supposed to have 3 spots available but there is no way for every condo to have 3 spots.

We had the best time in this beautiful condo! It was very clean and everything worked perfectly. The walk to the beach isn’t bad and the point west food and drinks by the pool were so fun. The outdoor patios are amazing and lots of furniture to sit and hang out. Only thing is you need to bring your own beach items and maybe your own pillow from home if you’re picky! Also crab hunting net and flashlights. The crab hunting is amazing at night!! Thanks for the best stay!! Wish it was longer!! Would rate more stars if i could. We will def come back.

Sand Swept

We love the layout of the condo. Very clean and furnished nicely. Location was a bit further out than we realized. And construction was happening at Beach Club. Would think the construction would take place during off-season and not when there are 100 people at the pool. And the lazy river was a disappointment. As far as the condo itself, A!!

The house was very comfortable.Spent a lot of time on the porches.Kids loved every second.I was disappointed that the sea weed was so bad but that’s nature!The area was so relaxing.Lots of families and multigenerational families.The furniture was comfortable The bed in master was great.Couldn’t tell ya about the rest.The kids did sleep some lol.We didn’t want to leave but…That’s what is bad about vacations.I was a little upset about the extra charge for pools and amenities.I know it’s a business but 25a head including a not even a 2 yr old .That should be part of the owners part not the guest.Home owners association.So with that said it was delightful.Thanks

Nice property

Very nice property. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Close to boardwalk to beach. The main beach view is only partial (substantially blocked by another building), but you do have a nice view of the bay side out the back. We received the email the day of check in from Vacasa, but it didn’t include the door code. We called Vacasa. They answered promptly and were helpful. They weren’t able to get the door code, but did give us a lock box code for a key. Later that evening, the code was eventually sent to us. It wasn’t great that we had to work through this check in issue, but having the responsive management company made it pretty stress free.

Very nice with a few items that could have been better

Beautiful Condo with fantastic ocean and bay views (sun rise and set!)that is nicely furnished including he beds linens and decorating. Plenty of TV screens with cable service. There is free reserved parking for one car and additional parking for more (on Jul 4th weekend they mostly taken) but we had no problems with parking our 2 vehicles. We loved our stay. However there were a couple issues that were a bit off putting: -->The code for the digital door lock did not open to the code. Our daughter, son in-law, and 7 month old grandson arrived first and moved all their baby required items upstairs only to not be able to get in. After 2 calls to the management company (first was accidentally disconnected by the CSR within two minutes of getting through after a 12 minute "all reps are busy" wait. The second red fixed the issue, but the wait to speak with them was about the same length. That was a long time to wait in the TX July heat. -->Elevator worked sporadically (of course checkout morning, it was down :( the pool area could use more shade(maybe not an issue except major holidays/) The others were minor in comparison, and we DID enjoy our stay. One thing we discovered that most guests will appreciate. It is possible to walk to and from the pool by going through the covered parking decks of each building-nice break from the sun!

Fun on the Beach

The unit was very clean and had a fully equipped kitchen. It is super close to a pretty nice beach and a very short drive from the beach club (you could walk if you don’t have a lot of stuff with you). If you use a lot of paper towels or plan on doing more than a couple loads of laundry, you may want to bring your own paper towels and laundry detergent. Before we left, management told me there was no pack and play, but there actually is one in one of the closets. It would have been nice to know so we didn’t have to bring our own. The biggest downfall of the unit is there are no curtains anywhere, just blinds, so it made it pretty hard to nap or sleep in (or especially for my kids). Other than that, it was a great time, and I would definitely come back.

Very nice, quite and clean condo

This condo was very clean, quite and all furnishings have been updated this condo is well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. However, I felt the owner should have left more than 2 dish towels and 1/2 roll of paper towels for 7 people. The staff members at the Beach Club were not friendly. The pool at the Beach Club was small. However, it’s a short walk to the beach and it’s beautiful. I wish the owner would of had floats, wagon, etc. for the beach. This condo Is 15-20 miles from The Strand and Galveston Seawall. I would prefer to be closer. If you’re looking for a quite secluded place, this condo will be a great place for you.

Great place for teen girls

Brought my daughter and 5 friends down for 2 days with two other moms. The girls had the best time playing on the beach, hanging around the pool area, and sitting on the balcony. The place was well equipped, had lots of room and we loved every minute of our trip.

We celebrated our daughter’s sweet 16 birthday. It was a perfect stay. Clean, easy check-in and check-out, good location, close to boardwalk to beach and clubhouse, and beautiful grounds.

We had a small issue when we arrived but the issue was resolved quickly. We loved the resort and the location of the unit. Lots of amenities which is nice since it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the sea wall.

Excellent place!

Really great condo, we loved the location! The kitchen was well stocked with pots and plates/silverware/cups. There was also enough towels for our group (2 adults, six kids age 5-11). The main pool area was a quick walk away, the beach was even closer. Our only hiccup was that for some reason the supplied key code didn't work, but it was resolved within ten minutes on the phone.

Pointe West Vacation

This was our 9th year at Pointe West in Galveston. We love it there and this year was just as much fun as all the other years. Condos are beautiful and well maintained and the Beach Club is great too.
