Our stay was wonderful! The condo was beautiful and clean and stocked with everything we needed. We had a great time watching the waves from our balcony and everyone enjoying the pool and hot tub below. We will definitely be back!

Our first time using Vrbo and all expectations were exceeded! The pictures don’t do it justice. Spotlessly clean, most comfort beds. The view from the patio couldn’t be better both pool and gulf view. Easy walk across the street to the beach. Everything we needed for our pre-cruise stay including a beach wagon, beach chairs, raft and beach towels. Conveniently located next to Walmart. The condo office staff were friendly and helpful when I stopped in to pay parking. Can’t wait for my next trip will definitely stay again!

Stunning beach view! We had no plans to get in the water. There was no need to sit on the beach when we had all the amenities at our fingertips. We felt like we were sitting on the beach from the condo location. Best of both worlds!

Beautiful but smelled of mold

The check in process was easy, paid for our parking at the front desk. Found our condo, but the minute we walked in the door, we were slapped in the face with the musty smell of mold. The condo looked exactly as described and was beautiful inside as was the view of the pool and gulf. We did reach out to property mgr after we had been there for a couple of hours as we originally thought it might be the filter but no word until the next day. There wasnt really a solution offered. The smell was so bad that my husband who has a mold allergy had to go to a hotel. The rest of us were able to tolerate it. Unfortunately we didn't feel like the air cleared a bit until we were checking out 2 days later. Also there were no beach towels which were promised but never came. Overall a beautiful but disappointing stay. If you have any mold allergies or respiratory issues, I would not recommend staying here unless this issue was resolved. Had it not been for that, it would have been perfect but that really put a damper on our short stay not to mention the extra money spent for my husband to sleep elsewhere for a night after a miserable first night.

Family getaway

We were looking for a different location on a beach and came across this condo. Impressed by the cleanliness and the roominess of the place. Balcony view of the Gulf was great and just below the room was 1 of the 2 pools in the complex. We had a great stay with no rain, some wind but the weather was perfect. Beach walks were awesome.

This condo had everything. Here is a list of all the good things with only 1 not perfect:1. Great view and location. You must cross a busy street to get to the beach. A protected crosswalk is only a half a block away.2. Comfortable furniture in the livingroom.3. Very comfortable beds.4. Shower in master BR is big and has great water pressure. 5. There are beach chairs and toys with 2 wagons that make it easy to carry to the beach.6. Two nice pools and one hot tub.7. The only not so perfect thing is that the "heated" pool was still cold. We stayed in March, so that is to be expected.We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for families

We loved our weekend stay here and will be booking again. Access to the beach was right across the street. The pool was never crowded and if we had neighbors I didn’t hear them. Everything that I need to cook dinner was there. The location was close enough to everything we needed but far enough we didn’t have the crowds .

Beyond all Expectations!

This place is fantastic! “Fully stocked” does not cover how they thought of everything we could need and so much more. There was a closet of beach supplies that were a great surprise and wonderful to have. The amount of pillows and blankets and towels was bountiful. Such a beautifully decorated and comfortable place! We cannot say enough good things about it.

Mini Vacation

My friend and I had a relaxing time at the condo. Was everything promised. I will definitely stay there again. I am from Galveston and travel back every year. I have stayed with family at the Dawn several times. This condo was one of the best.
