This place has everything you need to enjoy your time in Galveston. Perfectly located minutes away from the beach but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the night life to enjoy quiet time and privacy. The backyard is a perfect place to relax after spending the day in the sun, and there is plenty of room inside to sleep a large family or group. It was only my wife, me and our baby (and dog). Next time we’ll invite some friends to stay with us because there was so much room and plenty of beds. The owner is very accommodating and communicative - their organization and helpful tips allowed us to check-in with plenty of knowledge of the house and an itinerary full of fun activities. If you have a baby you’re traveling with, they have plenty of items at the house that you won’t have to worry about traveling with, which made our trip even easier. We’ll be back!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this home in Galveston! The house was spotless — super clean and well-maintained, which made settling in that much more comfortable. It's in a prime location, just a short walk from the beach and close to all the local activities, restaurants, and attractions.Michael, our host, was exceptional. His communication was clear, timely, and friendly from start to finish. He made sure we had everything we needed and made the entire experience stress-free.The check-in process was seamless — no hassles, just a smooth start to a great trip. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient beach getaway!

Home is beautiful, outdoor backyard area was a great place for all of us to be together. Cowboy pool was great for the kids, they loved it! Only, and I mean my ONLY issue was the air conditioning location as it was very loud when running and it made it difficult to sleep for those staying in that bedroom. I would stay there again.

Everything about this property and the stay was ideal! It is beautiful, perfectly located and communication was amazing! The yard was so good and having enough bathrooms for bedrooms was also wonderful! Highly recommend!

Fantastic property, room for our entire family. Two of the restrooms had issues with drainage but otherwise it was stocked with everything we needed. Great communication with property ahead of our visit and during. Thank you!

Better than the pictures

We came to Galveston for my sister’s Celebration of Life. The outside area was perfect for our family to be together. The house is exactly what we needed. It was very clean. I had to contact the owner and he responded quickly and the issue was resolved. We would stay here if ever back in Galveston.

Excellent choice for a Galveston Trip

Host was amazing and responded in a timely manner, as well as checking with us during our stay for anything we needed. The place was clean and well maintained prior to our arrival. The backyard was a bit rough for cleanliness, however there was heavy wind when we arrived, so I won’t ding them for that. Also, there was no complimentary Champagne at arrival for us. Location is close to many things to do, however a little far to Walmart and Moody Gardens compared to the pier or other attractions. Beds and pillows are hard as rocks, but for those that like hard beds, enjoy! For those that don’t, bringing a pillow may be a good idea. Overall, an excellent place to stay, and would highly recommend for those doing family vacations with a few friends.

Great Start to 2024!

We totally enjoyed our stay - plenty of room to spread out, everything we needed to make a few meals, and the place was clean and ready for us. Being here in winter, we couldn't enjoy the outdoor space but it looked amazing. It was great to have parking for two cars and a full size washer and dryer!

Amazing property!

We loved staying here. All the finishings were great and the kitchen was stocked with high quality items. The only downsize for us was the bed pillows. They were all the same and we found them uncomfortable. Everything else was top-notch. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very Happy

Break down 1. Exactly as advertised 2. Has the little things you wouldn't think about needing 3. Great communication with the prop manager 4. Try the the Black Pearl Oyster Bar First I'll say there was only 1 thing that wasn't as advertised and that was the outdoor grill did not work. BUT the property manager was on the spot and offered to have a charcoal grill delivered. You can't ask for anything more. Everything else was amazing. The property was immaculately cleaned and smelled terrific. The pictures were exactly as they looked. In fact, I thought it would be much smaller then appeared but it was actually more roomie. They had beach towels, a beach buggy, beach tarp, cooler and umbrella for usage. The outdoor area is great (bring bug spray) and we utilized the shower coming back from the beach. A nespresso machine and coffee maker, cups, plates bowls, pots, pan, oven pans, grill tools, bottle opener (didn't see a wine opener but it was probably there too), games, trash bags, aluminum foil and many things we were grateful they thought of. Laundry detergent and soaps and conditioners. We had 4 adults, 2 teens and 3 kids sleeping there. 9 adults might be tight but the kids were fine. The driveway really dips down and scrapes the bumper if you're not careful and the neighbor was crotchety. Just don't park in front of his house even tho it's not assigned parking. The property manager was very responsive to any questions.
