  • Este luminoso y espacioso 2 dormitorios, 1 baño será tu lugar feliz! Vistas espectaculares desde balcón, sala de estar y dormitorio principal. Capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente. Los condominios Dawn están ubicados directamente en el malecón con 2 piscinas y un jacuzzi. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen muy cómoda y un amplio vestidor. El segundo dormitorio está ubicado en el área de loft con vista a la sala de estar y comparte la vista del océano. Situado en el centro cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y atracciones turísticas. El complejo está cerrado con acceso peatonal adicional desde el malecón, y un montón de estacionamiento sin asignar. La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, cafetera Keurig, tostadora, utensilios de cocina, vajilla y utensilios. Lavadora y secadora grandes. Almohadas y mantas extra. En el 3er piso sin ascensor. Las piscinas no están climatizadas.

Great place to stay. The place is very clean and cozy. The space was perfect for my family. The deck overlooking the beach is a great place to sit and listen to the waves coming in and to enjoy the view both in the morning and evening. The owner was responsive and supportive. The property the room is located on is a great place too if you want to also swim. There are showers in the pool area that you can use to wash the sand off you after coming in from the beach. There is a community barbecue available too if you want to grill something. Highly recommend it!

This is such a nice place! It was perfect for my family. Much more spacious than a hotel! Very clean. Beach is just across the street and in a great location close to restaurants, shopping, etc. We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the bedroom closet door. They have chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, beach towels, games, kids games, etc. etc. Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice TVs in living and bedroom. Homeowner is a great communicator. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place. It had all the extras we needed. Towels, toiletries, an umbrella, kitchen supplies, wash pods, games, books, and more. The location to the beach and Walmart was perfect. It is on the third floor and has a great view on the balcony (just be ready for the stairs). Kids loved the upstairs balcony bedroom. We had plenty of space for 5 people.

The view to the ocean was amazing and the condo had everything you could need! I loved it and had a great time staying there. 10/10 would recommend. Just be aware that there is a 40 parking fee in top of the rental cost.

Great cozy place right across from the beach. We stayed here during 2025 Ironman 70.3 and had a wonderful stay.

Great Stay & Communication

Accommodations were perfect. The bed and bedding were very cozy; a huge plus. Very convenient location to getting to the beach. The pools at the property were also great. Will definitely return for another stay!

We loved staying here!! The location was great and it wasn’t too crowded where we were. Walked right across the street to the beach and we loved the balcony beach view. Our condo had everything we needed and it was a cozy nice home away from home.

Loved the mermaid lookout

We had a wonderful week at the Mermaid Lookout. Location is close to everything without feeling in the middle of it all. Easy access to the beach and the pools are great. Would love to stay here again. Our daughter loved the Mermaid theme and views from the Loft bedroom. Thank you for a wonderful vacation spot.

Our family came to Galveston as a Christmas present to the kids instead of doing a bunch of gifts. The Mermaid Lookout more than exceeded our expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. Great view, clean, spacious and a quick walk to the pool, hot tub, and beach. The condo was well stocked and had everything we could need for our stay. We would definitely stay at the Mermaid Lookout again! 10/10 would recommend.

Magnificent for my mermaids

This location was perfect for our family who love the ocean and shelling at the beach. The amenities were great and worked well, it was clean and mostly quiet. Beds were comfy and this space comfortably slept everyone. We would love to stay there again.

Overall Great Experience

The Condo was exactly as advertised and allowed my family to have a great weekend away. Walking distance to the beach and Wal-Mart across the street. Everything in the condo worked great, was clean and was comfortable. We would stay here again if we come back to Galveston.

Wonderful weekend

The condo was just what we were looking for. It had everything we needed, room to spread out and a fantastic view of the beach and gulf. Great location.
