Everything you would need is provided. very close proximity to the beach. Only thing was, the AC didn't seem to work well. However, because of the time of year. we could just open the sliding door. Don't know how much you'll be able to do that during the summer though.

Loved the condo. A little smaller than I thought but perfect for my daughter and grandson. I don’t think I would advertise 6 people could fit. If my son in law came who is 6ft 5in would have had a hard time! We left some sand toys and a boogie board for everyone’s use. I love that

Family Feeling

Owners made us feel like we were part of their family with all their pictures and personal touches. Very well equipped and everything was labeled and easy to find. Kids loved the beach decor with the flip flops everywhere. Would definitely stay there again.

You’ve found the one!

We felt incredibly lucky to snag this place! You can tell the owners have put so much thought into making it perfect for their guests. And the location is unbeatable. The beach is right across the street! My daughter and I felt completely safe and could walk everywhere. Honestly, everything about our stay was just wonderful, from start to finish. Couldn’t have been better. Absolutely loved and Looking forward to coming back! Highly, highly recommend!

3 day get away

The apt was tiny - but it had everything we needed and it was clean. The whole complex was old - built in the 60s? - so it felt a little delapidated. We were on the 2nd floor and the elevator was not working. The owners had a good sense of humor - all flip flops and surf boards :-). Seems like they enjoy life.

Super cute

Flip flops was as cute as the photos. It was just my husband and I but would be great for a family with children. It is down quite a bit from the hustle and bustle of the main part of the seawall but that's what we wanted. There are several restaurants, ice cream parlor, Walmart across the street that are within walking distance. We will definitely be renting again in the future.

Our stay was cut short by Hurricane Beryl but we were mostly pleased with the apartment. Could use a little less things around though, it was hard to find somewhere to put our suitcases as all the space under the beds were taken with other things.

Perfect family beach trip

DFW Flip Flops was perfect. You can tell the owners Tom and Sam put a lot of love into their little place and we are thrilled we got to stay here. The beach cart and towels were SO HELPFUL! Our family of 5 had an incredible beach trip here and will surely be back.

Great location

The location was fantastic, convenient to both the beach and nearby restaurants. The only complaints are about the beds: the queen mattress was rather uncomfortable and the bunk beds were quite noisy whenever either person rolled over. Overall though it was great for what we wanted!

Great location! It's literally across the street from the beach. The condo has pretty much everything you need. Just bring your clothes and sunscreen! Groceries can be purchased at either Walmart which is across the street or Kroger a short distance away.
