The condo was in a good location, great access to the beach, beautiful views, clean and comfortable. Had issues with the door key pad but contacted Vacasa and they promptly helped us solve the issue.

The place was nice with a perfect view. The pool was fabulous. The property and condo were very clean. Will stay here again. Only one issue while there. We were upset upon arrival that the property gate guard told us no boat was allowed on the property. On VRBO, the listing did not say this.I called Vacasa and they said on Vacasa’s site it said no boats, rv’s, jet skis, etc. but not on VRBO. Waterman marina was able to accommodate our boat at a fee. Stayed at Seascape 3 years ago and we were able to keep the boat attached to our truck. So I was surprised and it wasn’t on VRBO site.

best view so far

Overall pretty good stay-we have stayed at the seascape 4 other times and this time we had the best view but the stay wasn't great. Mainly the elevator kept breaking on us even though it got fixed quickly the people that were staying with us were older overweight and had bad medical issues that weren't helped by hiking up 3 flights of stairs. It showed tvs in both bedrooms and it wasn't in the guest room at our stay also there was lacking a few comforts like extra pillows and the beds were hard. But not the worst stay but not the best either.

Would have been 5 stars except for

We arrived at 4 PM walked in the room and it had not been cleaned at all. Beds were stripped toilets were nasty. The place stunk it was terrible. I called and we had to wait about an hour and a half but it was cleaned up. When we went back in the room, it was very clean smelled great and the rest of our stay was fantastic. Love the pool area, especially the adult only hot tub. The views from the balcony were stunning. We will definitely be back.

Winter get-away in Galveston

It was very cold while we were there so we enjoyed the view from our living room of the beach. We were able to sit inside and watch the sunrise, the waves, the birds, and the brave people walking on the cold beach. We also enjoyed the board walk taking us easily onto the sand and the swings to sit in while we kicked of the sand before returning to the lovely condo we rented full of very homey touches and comfort.

Beach trip

We took a family beach trip and really enjpyed pur stay. We enjoyed being right on the beach with easy access to the beach verses walking across the street. Enjoyed the pool as well. Condo was perfect for the amount of people we had, 4 adults & two small kids. Security guards were very nice. Great trip and will be returning for sure.

Beachfront

The property is directly on the beach. No walk across traffic makes it perfect for families to come and go to the pool/hot tub & beach. This 3rd floor condo is right on the beach with completely unobstructed ocean views from every window and the balcony. Well stocked kitchen. Two bathrooms made it easier for a family of 5. Kids loved the bunk beds. Will return to 1310 again!!!

Right on the beach

Really likes staying here as the balcony looks out over the ocean. We had some problems with the guest toilet sputtering and being low on water, but other than that, everything was great.

Kitchen sink would not shut off unless in certain position. Instructions for leaving the property were different on website than what was emailed the day of departure in regards to bed linens.

Short stay

I really enjoyed this property everything we needed for our short stay. Pool beach and not a ton of people. Overall the property was clean and had most amenities. Only a few things I noticed. Need more pillows for sleeping and maybe some beach towels. Furniture needs a good cleaning from day to day use the arms rests were dingy.

We absolutely loved the property, it was located just a few minutes outside the main city, cute 2 bedroom with the best view, beach access was simple and easy and the pool was great, they had an elevator and even luggage carts, which helped since the condo is on the 3rd floor, overall we would absolutely stay again

Family getaway

The location was great quiet right on the beach and the pool was fantastic. The condo itself was clean but can use a bit of an update with appliances, new bedding. The couch and rug in the living room need replacement asap, worn out and stained. The balcony overlooking the beach was great.

Ocean Front View from Third Story

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this unit. We really loved the view of the beach and ocean and getting the constant wave noise and breeze while on the balcony. The access to the beach and pool were great and easy. The AC unit worked amazing and all of the appliances worked well. There were plenty of bath and hand towels. We brought our own based on other reviews, but for a family of 4 what was provided would have been enough. There is also washer and dyers located onsite for a small fee per wash and dryer load. The condo unit was very clean minus the floor and I am about to get into that. A few notes that we had small issues with were: the floors did not have sand or anything like that but they had a grime on them that would make the bottom of your feet darker from it sticking to your foot. We were not able to connect the smart TV to the wireless router no matter how many times we attempted (not a huge issue since we were not there for TV). Lastly, the box springs on the bed were loud. Rolling in and of them would wake other family members. To me those three things are very minor and would not stop me from booking here again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the whole week were were there.
