Perfect House for 2 families

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Pointe West. This house is very close to the beach, which was helpful with 3 little kids. They have all sorts of beach toys / balls, chairs and even a wagon you can use. The hosts were very quick to respond with any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again! 10/10 loved this house!! One note - I do recommend renting a golf cart for pretty much anywhere in PW. It's fun to drive around at night, but also very helpful to get to the different pools the property has.

4th of July vacay

We loved the location of the house and all the amenities. From the comfortable beds to extra blankets for snuggling on the sofa to watch a movie. There wasn’t anything missing in the kitchen, laundry room or restrooms that we needed. The host communicated well upfront and also gave us information on getting there and what to bring. Also had access to Pointe West beach club and pool too which was a great option for folks to choose from with two pools.The path to the beach was in walking distance from the beach house.We will definitely come back again real soon and highly recommend this house over others. Check out process was so easy too without a long list of to-do’s, very simple!

Seas the Moment is Exceptional

This property has all the comforts of home and more amenities than my family and I could take advantage of during our stay. The owners are wonderful to work with and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The location and proximity to the beach made it easy for our family (especially our grandkids!) to enjoy the sand and surf. Thank you, Melissa!

We had a great stay here. The house was Impeccably clean, and had everything you could want and more. Fully stocked kitchen, Beach towels available, plus a storage closet filled with beach chairs, sand, toys, boogie boards, and a wagon to carry it all in to the beach

Very nice house close to beach!

The house was nicely updated with just enough space for myself and my husband and daughter. The owners were very kind and responsive, too. We had a lovely stay and can't wait to return for a longer stay!

Great vacation home with everything we need.

We loved this house and its location. The house was very clean and everything was in working condition. There were tons of beach toys that we were able to use too. Just minutes to the ocean. Neighborhood was quiet. And had constant communication with the owners to make sure we had what we need. They were very quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again

Amazing Beach House

We had a wonderful time at Seas the Moment. Everything was so clean and beautiful and exactly as described. I have never stayed anywhere that supplied everything I could possibly need and more. The beds were very comfortable as well as the couches. It was also nice that the house is so close the beach, and there was a very well stocked beach supply closet. We will be back! Thank you!!

The house is beautifully decorated, roomy, and well-equipped. Short walk to clean, uncrowded beach. We enjoyed the pool and spa at the Beach Club as well as the bar. Nice place to relax and enjoy the moment.

Great house!

We loved the house! The decor is really awesome! It was perfect for our family! The walk to the beach is right there! They have plenty of sand toys/chairs too! I love that they provided toilet paper, paper towels, seasonings, cooking spray, shampoo/soap, and plenty of other stuff! The beach club is really great! My husband and I enjoyed going to the bar area and we ate there twice. It was a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home!

This home is beautiful inside and out! It has a very well stocked kitchen, even providing some extra items like spices and dish soap that many other homes have not provided us in the past. I love that there’s a PlayStation in the bunk room. It is super close to the beach access point which is very convenient. Also the owner is very responsive and helpful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect House!

A Perfect Beach Vacation

Our family of 6 could not have a better getaway. House was clean and perfect in size and amenities. Master away from the other two rooms and bathroom was great. Proximity to the beach was fantastic. And our host was prompt in communication. We loved it!

Perfect location!

Our stay was WONDERFUL!! This place has everything you could need for a fun beach vacation, and only steps from a beautiful uncrowded beach. We had our 2 yr old with us and we were so thankful for being walking distance to the beach. The closet is stocked with a variety of beach toys, chairs, cooler bags and a big beach wagon, huge plus for hauling all our things down to the beach. Beds were great, kitchen well stocked, very clean. Nice covered patio downstairs with picnic tables, couches, and an outdoor shower for hosing of sand after a day at the beach. Access to the pool at the beach club was a huge hit with our toddler and a nice break from the beach if you need it. Overall, a superb property and we would stay again in a heartbeat!!
