Sea Isle Beach House Review — Great Deck Chairs & Easy Beach AccessWe had a fantastic stay at Moondance, this Sea Isle Beach house. The location is perfect — just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made going back and forth throughout the day effortless.The deck was one of our favorite spots. The tall deck chairs were incredibly comfortable and gave us the perfect height to enjoy the views and the breeze. Morning coffee, afternoon lounging, and evening relaxing all felt better from those chairs. It really made the outdoor space feel special.Inside, the home was clean, comfortable, and well‑equipped. The layout made it easy for everyone to spread out, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We also loved the outdoor shower, which made rinsing off after the beach quick and convenient — such a great feature for a beach trip.Check‑in was smooth, and the host was responsive and easy to work with. You can tell they take pride in keeping the home guest‑ready.We ate at the West Side Marina restaurant 2 times and the food was amazing. Not worth driving into Galveston for dinner. It's all right here!Overall, this was the perfect spot for a beach getaway. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well‑located home in Sea Isle Beach.

This was our 3rd time visiting this awesome beach house, and honestly, it can't be beat. It feels like home, but with a much better view! The house is comfortable, well maintained, and very well stocked. The access to the beach is perfect - you literally step off of the patio into sand. The owners are wonderful people and they truly care about their guests. Five stars all the way, two enthusiastic thumbs up, 10 out of 10, would definetly recommend!

First time in Texas, and staying at Moondancedefinitely made our vacation! It was great to be right on the beach, house was beautiful and clean and Nancy was so much help! We will definitely be back and recommend my family and friends to stay at the house.

Very attentive , place was very nice , it had pretty much all you need in way of dishes and utensils , they had toys for the kids to play on beach , and the views were amazing and close to the water , in fact this place was so nice we booked it again in April , can’t say enough about it in the way of hospitality if you’re looking at this place and there’s an opening, I would suggest you book it

This was an excellent rental on the beach! Located right on the gulf with a stellar view and just steps to the surf. The large deck and outside area under the house make for great viewing as well as cooking and eating areas. Inside, the downstairs is very comfortable for cooking and relaxing as well as a bedroom with king bed and bath. The laundry facilities are there as well. This was the best stocked kitchen we have ever had in a rental. The host could not have been more accommodating and kind. There are no negatives about this rental and I would love to stay there again.

This was our 2nd trip to Moondance and won’t be our last. I’m not sure there could be a better location for us. The sunrise is spectacular! Located in a quiet neighborhood with nothing but beach in front of you. The house is very clean and the kitchen has everything you could want to prepare meals. If that wasn’t enough, Nancy has been consistently wonderful to work with! She’s responsive and friendly and makes sure everything is going smoothly. Honestly can’t wait to go back.

Our host was the best. Communicated with us about everything we needed to know. We were lucky in that we met and talked. Home was absolutely lovely. On the beach,very well kept very clean. Couldnt have asked for a better place. I would recommens this rental to anyone interested in a close location to beach. GREAT PLACE. We plan on renting again.

Sunrises were amazing. We wanted some peace and quiet to relax and just enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Nancy was a wonderful host. Being right on the beach and having not one, but two decks to choose from was top notch. I hope we get the chance to visit again.

The house was adorable and just like the photos. It was perfect! Nancy was so easy to communicate with and let us know she was available if anything was needed. We always stay here whenever we come to Galveston and love every minute of it. The views from the decks are breathtaking!! You’re far enough away from the crowds but close enough to drive to town to enjoy the activities. It is not rocky and the water entrance has a very mild slope so it’s easy to enter and exit the water. Nancy is wonderful and easy to communicate with. The house is always clean and cute decorations. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing beach vacation.

Always love staying at Moondance! The location is perfect. The home is wonderful and well stocked with everything we needed. The private outdoor shower was a game changer when coming off the beach with your pups!! Definitely will always be our go to when in Galveston. Nancy is the best host!

Everything was great but the house is next to the public parking and entry to the beach. During the week the traffic was light but Friday and Saturday were super busy and crowded. Overall it was a fun trip and the beach house was perfect for my husband and I and my son and his family.

We had a wonderful weekend stay! Nancy was very hospitable and even hung a birthday banner for my birthday! Plenty of dishes and sand/water toys! The view is amazing and the home is truly steps off the beach! Will definitely return!
