The house was nice, clean, and peaceful. The amenities in the kitchen were great. Regular coffee pot and Keurig. We loved that the home had 3 full bathrooms and a half bath on the living room and kitchen level. Decks were great but 2 of them need new light bulbs. We would definitely recommend this home!

Perfect beach getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach house! The home was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. From beach chairs and games to kitchen essentials, the extra touches really made it feel like a home away from home.One of our favorite things was the location—it’s tucked away from the crowds and touristy areas, so it felt peaceful and private, yet still close enough to town when we needed to run in for something. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to unwind and enjoy the beach. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Seasational is Sensational

Outstanding property with a plethora of amenities. The entire house was immaculate upon check-in, both inside and out! Kitchen is well appointed with just about anything you might need to prepare meals. The house felt very spacious and comfortable. The views from the decks are exceptional! The short walk to the beach was great for our small grandchildren. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed Seasational! Thank you, Devann!

Great family house

Our small family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The outside area is awesome. Mosquitoes were horrible, but we just coated with repellent so we could use the area. Not really any personal items like bath soap, etc., but we were fine. We all had brought our own. Just a note for people coming. Internet and TV were out the entire time, but we survived. I assume it was because service wasn’t restored after hurricane. It was restored on Sunday night. Not really the owner’s fault, but could have been an issue, if we had needed to work remotely. Again, we will definitely use this house again. Thanks to the owners for such a nice place.

Annual beach trip

The house had everything we needed. We loved that it was close to the beach. The outside shower was great with kids, so we didn't have to track all the sand inside. We also loved that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. We would definitely come back again!

We had family come over for a day at the beach, and we had a small barbecue. We were contacted by the owner and found that was frowned upon. Other than that was a good stay.

Nice house!

We have stayed there for4 years and like it because it is close to the beach. You need to bring your own soap, extra laundry detergent, extra paper towels because they don’t supply bath soap and you will run out of the other things. When the property manager rates you as a guest you will get all 4 star. We have no idea why we don’t get 5 stars because we do exactly what they ask you to do. The rating of the guests tell other property owners “what you are like” and we are totally respectful of any property! I can only assume it’s to possibly limit other places in the future from where you can rent! I found them to be delightful and helpful! I have a Type A personality…in case that hasn’t come across in me being a bit tacky!🙄🙄 I guess I’m used to making “A’s”!!! Nice property with a very strict and hard to please property owner or manager!!! Blessed by our stay!

Family Vacation

We had a great time at this beach house! It was clean and a short walk to the beach. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood at the west end of Galveston. Owner was responsive and easy to work with. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay in a less crowded and calmer part of Galveston.

Great Beach Vaca

The house is exactly as describe. It was clean, well-stocked with everything you need, and a short walk to the beach. The beach was clean and not overcrowded like it is closer to town. The only thing is that the "beach club" is a little overpriced. I think the description of a lazy river is a little misleading and the restaurant is closed. But the pool is nice. I wish there was an option for a daily lower rate instead of the whole trip or nothing. But overall, we had a great stay. Enjoy!

Couldn't sleep the entire time

If you're looking for a nice relaxing, quiet place to sleep look somewhere else. The AC unit is so loud, and sits just on the other side of the wall from the master bed. It vibrates the room everytime it turns on. Since it was 100° the whole time we were there it was kicking on a lot. I don't think the we slept a total of 8 hours the 3 nights we were there. Didn't matter what room you were in, you could hear and feel it from everywhere. Other then that though the place was great!

Great house, great location

This was a great house for our family. We have three young kids and loved the location close to the beach access. The house was well stocked and the beach wagon and toys were so nice to have! We spent a lot of time enjoying the outside space downstairs. We would definitely rent this house again if we return to Galveston.

Wonderful property

This is a great place to stay with family. The house is so well equipped and beautifully kept. The views from the decks were great and despite the weather not cooperating, we were able to use both pools at the beach club and hang out of the beach. We will be back!
