Our group enjoyed our stay at this nice house in the middle of Galveston within minutes from the Gulf and all the attractions and restaurants. The four bedroom layout offered enough space that we never felt cramped. The standard kitchen amenities came in handy.

Cute little home! Plenty of room and beds for our large family of 12. Would definitely go here again. We were able to get anywhere we had set out to go in less than 15 mins.

The property was descent... the blinds in some of rooms were broken..the comforter in one of the bedrooms was dirty. And we had some unexpected visitors.. ie roaches and we purchased some Raid to take of that issue.. The location was very good. It was close to the beach and the Strand as well as the convention center.

House was good location to everything we wanted to go visit and see. Only reason it didn’t receive 5 stars was because the cleanliness. House could’ve been checked over for cleanliness but we ended up cleaning up the first day to remove the debris and dead pest on the floor.

Communication was weak when trying to tell the customer service line that it was hot as hell in the house. We couldn’t adjust the temp bc they have it locked. Even hotels allow you to adjust temps. Yes it was clean but then when two roaches came from under the door of the closet that was a big “no” from me. If you are staying two nights atleast have enough towels for those two nights. If I wanted to do dishes and laundry I would have stayed at home. Had to go get my own laundry soap bc they offer it but don’t send it. I guess they came in the house while we were gone and left two pods there to wash towels but at that point I was already pissed and had bought my own then had to wait til laundry was done to wash our nasty bodies from being at water park all day. We had to buy fans for us to be able to sleep comfortably bc it never got below 75 in the house . There was absolutely no reason that house should be so hot and us not being able to adjust the temp. Very very disappointing. Oh and for the love of all holly upgrade the freaking beds. It’s like jail cell beds.

Nice Home, Quiet Area

Everything went well with exception of air conditioning, when we arrived I went and tried lowering the thermostat and found that it was locked out with a passcode at 72 degrees. I contacted the property manager and he promptly arrived to help us, he could not lower the temp either. He told me he would reach out to the owner and see if they would remotely lower the temp. This did not happen our entire stay, I had to go to Walmart and buy four fans in order to help move air around. Could not run the ceiling fan in our bedroom because it was wobbling so bad, tried different speeds but wobbled on any speed. With this said, I will not be renting this home again due to an owner deciding how cool I need to be.

Comfortable house

House was clean with enough towels, bedsheets and amenities for our group of 9ppl. We liked that it doesn't have a lot of shelves/tables/knickknacks since we had small babies (made it easier to block a space and not worry about them breaking things). A couple of things we found that were dissapointing, but did not affect our stay, were some of the pots & pans were visibly dirty (old food stuck), dryer had a thick layer of lint. Also it would be helpful to have a mop or swifter to be able to clean spills. Lastly, it seems my son left an item in the house. Is there an email or phone # I can call to see if it was found when the house was cleaned?

Home away from Home

This was a very spacious rental. The beds were okay, and we were just a few minutes away from the seawall and the strand. We look forward to renting this property again in the future.
