The area was nice besides one of the neighbors having a coyote as a pet!! No lie… And there was chewed food between the couch pillows that was from the previous renter. Besides that ALL WAS PRETTY GOOD…

Attractively furnished and quiet neighborhood

We loved the front porch and back deck. The lighting in the kitchen was great, especially above the cabinets. Nicely decorated. Parking in driveway instead of street. Enjoyed our stay in the quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home. High end design and finishes. Nice backyard and seating area, front porch. Nice to have off street parking! 2 baths was nice . Our guests had their own bath. Walking distance to the beach. Convenient to the Strand and lots of restaurants. Great location. Only suggestion.. would have liked more upholstered seating in the den for the adults. Only the one sofa. Side chairs are plastic or benches from the dining table. Would definitely book again

Location, location, location!

Adorable Galveston cottage. Very well-done update of a historic cottage. Great location. Only issue was with the local management staff who never responded to our request for proper sheets for the king bed. Corporate management tried though unsuccessful during our stay. We did get a partial refund so that made up for the issue. Overall great stay!!

GREAT SPOT!

Came to see Galveston for spring break! Loved this place from beginning to end! Extremely clean. Our family of 4 fit perfectly. Decorated adorably (you’ll think you’re on HGTV), very close to the Pleasure Pier and Stewart Beach-which we loved for it’s fluffy sand, and every famous restaurant! We felt safe and relaxed here. The TVs are equipped with every streaming service, just log into your accounts! The backyard is nice and a good size with a seating area. The king bed is so comfortable, & the rooms are a great size. The kids room had 1 full and 1 twin, and gets dark & cozy if your kids need nap time/quiet time. The two bathrooms are big and stunning. Overall the house is amazing, complete with beach chairs, sand toys, and beach towels. We especially loved that the check-out list wasn’t 5 pages long of chores and obligations, they have a cleaning staff that handles mostly everything. Don't hesitate to book this place! (Bring your own coffee grounds, & extra paper goods/trash bags if you’re staying for a few days)

Thanksgiving Vacay

This was the perfect house for our little Thanksgiving vacay to see our daughter. The house is adorable and perfectly decorated. Very clean and had everything we needed. Hosted a great Thanksgiving dinner with family and friends and had a fabulous time. Great location close to everything. Will be back for sure!

The house is very nice and a good location. The biggest problem is the garbage was left in the house and it smelled and attracted flies. You would think with a late check in time (4:00pm) that would not be an issue. The check out time is too early (10:00am); we asked for a later check out time and they would not give it to us.

The perfect beach house!

This was the sweetest lil house! Perfect for a family of four! Decorated beautiful, plenty of space and very nice bathrooms. We loved the backyard yard and the toys we could use for the beach. You can walk or it’s just a short drive to the beach. I’ve been recommending this house to all my friends! We will be staying here again!

Nice place, but not clean

Property was not appropriately cleaned. Upon notifying the property manager, a cleaning lady called me and said she would look at the things that needed addressed, but did not actually clean much. There was toothpaste in the bathroom sink, floors were very dirty (took a shower and walking barefoot on floor, feet were black with filth), dust bunnies rolling around on the floor the size of my fist, layers of dust on the lamps and accessories. The second bedroom with two beds - beds were not made. We had to put sheets on both beds ourselves. Overall, the property is very nice. Beds are comfortable, nice pillows, soft towels. It appears to be newly remodeled. They provide a coffee maker, but unlike most properties in this price range, they did not provide any coffee or preparations. I’d stay here again if they made some adjustments.

It’s as nice as it looks in the listing!

We had a really nice time, a long weekend with another couple. The house is ready to have a relaxing time. They provided everything you need to leave your worries behind and enjoy the sun & surf. Highly recommended!
