The view is spectacular and you are seconds from walking on the beach. The house was spotless and inviting. The rental team is very responsive. We had a toilet go out and Dave started working on it right away.

The house was nice with easy beach access. We liked the fenced in yard and double porches. The description and directions to the property were a little off. The directions indicated the last house on the left at the beach, but that was not true. There’s a house being built in front of this house, blocking some of the beach view. There were workers looking directly into the front windows of the house.

I stayed for a long weekend with my granddaughters, brother and father, for an early thanksgiving. The kitchen was laid out well, and able to accomodate us all, as well as my son and his girlfriend who visited and cooked dinner for us. My granddaughters loved the easy walk to the beach, and we spend a lot of time there. The porch swings are delightful, to just sit and watch the surf. The beds are very comfortable, and we all slept soundly. Plenty of pillows, etc. There is a whole bookshelf of games, movies and books to browse with the beach right outside the large windows. We really enjoyed our stay there, and we all wished we could have stayed longer!

Everything is perfect except for all the bugs!! They came out and sprayed but they were still there. Even in the refrigerator and dishwasher. The dishes, utensils and tableware were dirty. I had to scrub with a sponge before they could be used. Location and views absolutely perfect!!

Pleasant stay

We had an great stay at this beach house! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described—clean, well-stocked, and beautifully decorated. The view of the gulf was absolutely stunning, and we loved waking up to the sound of the waves each morning.The house had all the essentials: comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, and even beach chairs. The outdoor deck was our favorite spot to relax in the evenings and watch the sunset. It felt private yet close enough to local shops and restaurants.We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic beach getaway!

Relaxing getaway

The location was great. The porch swings were a great place to have morning coffee and wine in the evening. The house was wonderful in everyway. The kitchen was very well stocked. The only complaint we had was the beds weren't very comfortable.

A Taste of Paradise

Great location

The location is the selling point for this property. Steps away from the beach, we were able to watch the family play in the water from our porch, or from inside the house in the AC. The house itself is fine, but could be a bit cleaner, and I killed a giant roach in the kitchen. But overall a good choice for families.

Ok place: several pros, some cons

The place is cute and right next to the beach, we left our stuff on the sand and came back for meals and bathroom breaks. The deck is great for a morning coffee and lunches. If you plan to be outside taking in nice weather, its a very nice place. Many beds available, and a great view from the 2nd story common room and balcony. The bathrooms are a bit small to share with a whole family traveling, but doable. The couple roaches we saw were off-putting, but hopefully management takes care of that asap. Had to buy laundry soap. Unfortunately, the biggest con was that we found the beds to be quite creaky and uncomfortable. The kids slept fine, but us adults did not sleep so well. A little updating and maintenance, and this would be a very nice spot for a small family to stay.

Great getaway!!!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay with our fur babies. Sitting on the porch swing on the 3rd floor and just relaxing and watching the ocean. 20 second walk from the beach and the large patio is great to just hangout on. We will be back!
