It was perfect for us! A few things didn't work or were broken when we arrived. The flat top Blackstone fan doesn't work. The door to the covered porch was broken

We keep going back

Yes, it has old furniture and hasn't changed inside in the past 8 years we've been going there. But, that's ok. We know what to expect and we love it. My dog loves it. Short walk to the beach. Food is nearby. We love the Seahorse Grill. We'll make the long drive to go to Mario's on Seawall too. I would recommend putting a sheet over the couches and the reclining chairs. They are pretty nasty

Not what we expected

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your property . Great location . First off the AC did not work , everyone burnt up each evening, which made it very uncomfortable to get any sleep There were several outlets that would not work specifically in the kitchen and next to beds . Which was a huge inconvenience for everyone . The accordion door in front of washer and dryer were broken when we arrived and we couldn’t start the dishwasher . Just a recommendation for your next guest it sure would have been nice to sit in rocking chairs in the deck and enjoy the view . And amost houses we’ve stayed in keep past guest condiments around which is super helpful . Alson you should buy new mattress for the beds or add mattress pads to them they are awful .. We all have cricks in our necks . Thanks again. ,

Terrible beds, poor prep, no accountability.

We had problems with 3 of the beds. Master-uncomfortable, loud, sinks towards middle and hair on sheets. Major stiff neck in morning. 2nd Bedroom full bed was uncomfortable, loud and hard. 3rd Bedroom (2 bunks)-Bottom double bunk broken support rails. TV in main room didn't work. Batteries in one of the remotes didn’t work. When I called about it, I was told to search all drawers, cabinets and closets. I spent a half hour looking for batteries and never found any. Fridge door shelf was loose. 3 outlets in the kitchen didn't work. Remotes were all sticky. Walls have unknown substances stuck to them in various areas. They need to be cleaned. Master shower not a good experience. Needs a new shower head. Water pressure was a lot lower than the guest shower. Also, rock floor was super uncomfortable. Nobody used that shower after my first attempt. Guest Toilet button jammed into down position. Vertical railing slat on the first landing of the stairway is loose at the bottom. Living room fan/light didn't work. Overall, I paid full price for a property that was 50% ready, so I’d l like a 50% refund. Contacted Vacasa almost weekly since check out. They apologized, blamed local staff and haven’t compensated. Bad customer service. Don’t stay here.

Noisy mattreses, bad entrance to garage, bad condition of showers

Almost non kitchens supplies, unconfortable mattress in main bedroom, bad shower power and also uncomfortable floor in the shower. Non plus beach articles vs other houses. / the neigborhood is “in maintenannce” and bad conditions.

Everything worked out great! The property is perfect for a big group. The location to the beach is perfect. It's far enough out of the main drag that it's less busy but close enough to hop into town to grab whatever you need. Communication with the management was super responsive and helpful as well.

This house needs some care

When we arrived we quickly noticed this house doesn't get taken care of. The drive has a huge dip in it. There are nails sticking up in the deck and stairs, the floors were dirty. There was no broom, mop, or cleaning supplies to clean them. The furniture is old and stained. The beds are very uncomfortable with cheap, thin mattresses. The mini blinds are broken and the walls are stained and there are no curtains so plan on waking up early. Luckily there are two refrigerators because one of them is not getting very cold. There is mold on top of the fridge, on the blinds and in the fridge. This place cost us over $350 a night after all the cleaning fees and taxes and it definitely wasn't worth it!

Perfect except for the beds

This place was perfect for me as a grandmother of 8. Spacing was great! The kids beds were better than the “master”. The master bed not only squeezed but it shrieked every time I moved. I was going to have a grandchild sleep with me but he would have woken up from the noise. I tried to leave a message (email) for Vacasa to get in touch with the homeowner, but after you stay, they make it impossible to reach the owner. Sorry to leave anything negative. I’d stay here a million times if they changed out the bed and mattress.

It's close to the beach

The beach house is close to the beach (5 – 10 minute’s walk). The place is alright. The following area I notice that needs improvement. It’s an easy fix (Number 1 & 2). Number 3, it could be that the filter might be dirty. 1. The doorknob close to the stairways. The bolts are loose. I had a use a Philip screwdriver to tighten the bolts. 2. The A/C filter is dirty. It looks like it’s never been changed. 3. The 2 refrigerators are not cold enough for my catering trays and drinks. One of my foods got spoiled. 4. The couch is dirty. Those are the 4 area I notice it could improve. Everything was fine.

House was perfect for the weekend. Close to the beach.

Great weekend getaway with the girls. House in great condition. I would recommend to rent a golf cart if planning to go to the beach and have people or things to transport, though you can also drive your own vehicle on the beach. Beds were a bit stiff, but comfortable. The only thing missing was oven mitts! Overall a great house and great location!

I will rent this place again.

Great location. Close to grocery store and beach. A short walk to the beach. It was very clean and everything you will need to cook and prepare for food. The drive way needs to be repaired there's a big mud hole. The furniture really needs to be replace. All in all I will definitely rent this place again.

Looking worn out

Property is looking pretty worn out, especially the couches- nasty. However, we love this place (we have a Golden Retriever) and have stayed here numerous times. We'll keep coming back. It just needs some love
