Incredible Experience Private Lazy River&Pool

Our family has stayed in pretty much every hotel along the boardwalk. This time, we wanted something that was a little more private and secluded. We found the Diamond Condos. And let me tell you it did not disappoint complete lazy river all to yourself for the most part. Not to mention the incredible pool, this thing was the size of a football field grills, cabana areas they had a bar with mixed drinks right there on the Lazy river. Our host Aaron of 5PH3 it was so professional. The communication was unreal, they had so much information to kind of give us direction on where food and all kind of stuff was around us.It made things a lot easier. Not to mention the the condo, we rent it, it was absolutely beautiful. Everything was super clean. The beds were really nice. The bathrooms were big, all the amenities. Just like at home. If you're looking for a spot in the diamond condos, don't hesitate to book these guys, we're going to go back again without a doubt!

Great location. Nice pool.

Walk to both pool and Seawall without having to cross the busy road. The interconnected pools have more than enough space for the number of condos on property. The lazy river is awesome. Nice condo with a view. Great host! Very Responsive and took care of us for the entire stay.

Perfect retreat, great shower, really clean, comfy beds

My 7.5 year old and I had a really great say at the Diamond Beach 5ph3 location. The place was very clean, had plenty of pots, pans, dishes, silverware for our stay. The beds were VERY comfortable. The Master Bath shower was fantastic - my son wants a rain shower now (lol). The clothes washer & dryer worked very well. Dishwasher was super quiet and appears new. Refrigerator & Freezer were super clean and worked great. There were adequate towels - but - could have used more if more guests were staying. The Washer Dryer took care of the issue, so I don't look at as a negative. I will definitely look to stay in this unit again (this is my 2nd time at the Diamond Beach Condos - this is the best of the two. Views were amazing. Neighbors were very quite. I loved our stay!! Owner/Property manager provided all the information we needed and answered several of our questions right away. Great communicator !

Great resort

Resort is great lots of stuff for the family to do. The owner was really responsive and helpful. My only negative would be bring your own pillows the pillows are very stiff unless you like your pillows that way then your good. All in all I would highly recommend it

Birthday and the Beach

Our stay in 5PH3 was exceptional. We came to celebrate my 65th birthday and was delighted with everything about this condo and the owner. Communication began from the minute we booked and continued throughout the stay if needed. The unit was beautiful supplying everything we could want or need. The Diamond Beach grounds are amazing. It felt like a tropical paradise from the pool to the lazy river and beach. The view is fantastic. We enjoyed watching the birds, boats and even dolphins from the balcony. We have decided birthday at the beach in 5PH3 is going to become an annual even! Thanks for sharing your lovely vacation home with us!!

Wonderful Beach Retreat

The condo was clean and updated. The rooms and living areas were roomy and nice. The balcony had a fantastic sitting area with an awesome beach view. Covered parking was nice. The pools and lazy river were huge. A wonderful place.

My stay at this beach house condo was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t be better—right on the beach with stunning ocean views from every room. No easy beach access.

Our unit was beautifully decorated and has a great oversized balcony. The public areas are very well maintained. My only complaint is with the building not the unit. There is no easy access to the beach, which should be a major selling point. Why is there not a nice wooden walkway to the beach as other properties have? Otherwise, a wonderful time and fabulous unit.

Awesome Place

We can say we used 90% of the amenities. The beach, the pools, the grilling outside, games, media room, gym, and the awesome staff. Our boys 9 and 7 and little girl 3 had so much fun. The rooms were open, clean and the views of the ocean were great for memories. The owner Maria was very quick to answer text/call. I like the no smoking/pet free environment. The kitchen had everything we needed. Everything included with this vrbo and so much more. You will enjoy this location.

Great beach get away

The resort was very nice with fantastic amenities. The condo was clean with a beautiful view. Wonderful pools and lazy River. Only negative was there was not an easy access to the beach. There was an access but it was difficult to maneuver.

We had a fantastic stay at Diamond Beach condominiums! Location was the best! Good clean condo with ALL the amenities . Pools were great, and the condo sits right on the beach. We stayed in 5 ph 3! Beds were comfy, kitchen very well stocked. Communication with owner was A+ Highly recommend ...you can't go wrong with this place!
