Guest Access:

The guests enjoy a private entrance leading into the 2 story home including the living, dining, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, washer/ dryer, front porch.

You’re right in the heart of the Historic District, surrounded by colorful homes, local cafés, and island favorites. It’s a great area for strolling, exploring, and soaking in the atmosphere. Parking is mostly on‑street and limited, so just grab any open spot you find and enjoy the walkable neighborhood.



Getting Around:

Located at 18th & Church, you are within a 10 minute walk to local favorites like Sunflower Cafe, The Strand shops & restaurant, a short bike or car ride to the beach.



Other Things to Note:

Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed.

What to bring: We do not furnish foods of any kind such as seasonings, condiments, etc., grilling supplies such as fluid, charcoal or cleaning supplies such laundry soap, etc, Beach and Pool items: towels, chairs, umbrellas, sun block, repellents and toys are not provided.

A "starter" supply of paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, shampoo, body wash etc. are in each unit, the renter is responsible for additional products during their stay.
