The upstairs has the king bed in one room, and the twin bunk, as well as the queen/twin bunk in the second room. The shower has an overhead head, as well as a regular shower head. The kitchen was AMAZING! Fully stocked with cookware, glasses, plates, and silverware. We loved the deck and spent time sunbathing on the deck and BBQing on the grill. We went bird watching by the dock. We loved the ease of the walk to the beach!!! Parking for four cars worked perfectly. The property was very clean and well-maintained in a quiet neighborhood. It was a beautiful drive to get to the place. The host was responsive, and we very much enjoyed our stay.One note - the downstairs bedroom, while beautiful and clean, smelled very musty, and none of our group wanted to stay in that room. Luckily, we all fit comfortably upstairs as there were only 7 of us total. I believe that you can fit 8 comfortably upstairs if two share the king bed and the fold-out couch, but I think if you have asthma or allergies, the downstairs room is not the best option. Again, we only had 7 people total, so it was not an issue at all for our group.That being said, I still loved the space and would book it again! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
