This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.

• GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire house. You don't have access to unit 1 backyard or balcony.

• PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles in the designated parking spots “6” and ”7”.

The $500 will NOT be charged at the beginning of your reservation and will only be charged after your stay if any guest-related damages are found. The only payment required before your reservation begins is a $10 non-refundable processing fee.

Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. You can park 2 cars at the property in the designated parking spots “6” and “7”. NO parking in any other spot, NOT EVEN TEMPORARILY. MAX 2 CARS AT ALL TIMES.


• This apartment unit is within a property that has another unit. This apartment unit is on the 1st floor. You don't have access to unit 1 backyard or balcony.

• Fridge does NOT dispense water or ice.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.
