Evett reached out to me about 2 hours before we got there and told me that the hot tub was broken. The main reason we rented this place was for the hot tub. She had explained that the motherboard was bad but was on order and hopefully it would be fixed while we were here.It was not fixed. Evett had communicated with me on the second day about the motherboard being here but, she did not follow-up. I called the help number on the first day because we couldn't get out the back door without using a butter knife because the handle was broken. The customer service agent told me she would tell the maintenance team and see if they would fix it. It wasn't fixed and I received no follow-up on that as well. The last thing was the master bedroom bathroom door handle comes off every time you try and close the door and the bedroom door sticks, because the door frame is not square. I did not report this because of the lack of follow-up on the last two issues. This is a beautiful house, but you can tell they were in a hurry when they renovated this place.We will not be doing business with vacay time again.
