We had a fabulous stay at this property. The house is exactly as described in the posting and the host was fabulous to work with. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Communication is an 11 on a 1-10 scale! Super prompt and helpful. The house is as pictured! Great views, large kitchen for all our adults to participate in food and drink prep! We took 8, only one child so lots of bodies and we were very comfortable. Well stocked, ran out of paper towels/kitchen towels because we cooked a lot. Our son enjoyed the grill downstairs! Thank you Martin! Beautiful home!

We rented this house for a girls weekend and had a wonderful stay. Plenty of comfortable seating and a well stocked kitchen made it easy to gather, cook and enjoy each other’s company. All of the beds were very comfortable, including the bunks! It was a quick walk to the beach and there are plenty of sidewalks to get those steps in. Such a pretty neighborhood!

We loved this place, and the community! The house was nice and had plenty of space. We did cook a few meals and we were able to find everything we needed in the kitchen to do so. We were a little disappointed that the restaurant on site was closed for renovation, but the host was super apologetic and i lnlw that it could not be helped. We had a beautiful beach day and appreciated the provided beach towels and toys. Bring bug spray for the evenings! We got eaten up at the sunset pool after dark. We would definitely come back to this little paradise!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beach house! The home had everything we needed (and more), and we enjoyed spending time both inside and outside. The beds were super comfortable, and the showers were perfectly steamy after a long day at the beach. We only wished there were a couple extra blankets for the downstairs couch, but we made it work.The beach club was a huge highlight for the kids—it was perfect! Just a note for families: the pool is quite deep, so even our strong swimmers were getting tired treading water near the edges. Definitely bring a pool noodle or float to make it more fun and relaxing.Overall, this was a great little getaway spot, and we’d happily stay here again!

Beautiful and clean

This home is well cared for and comfortable. Our family enjoyed our time together here in the ample open space. The game room offered our teens entertainment, the balcony welcomed us to relax, and the host graciously provided plenty of beach gear. I advise verifying the beach club’s available amenities prior to paying for use. We were disappointed to find out after paying for passes that that the gym, game room, bar, and all locker rooms were shut down for construction.

The house was perfect for multigeneration family reunions. The house was beautiful and well appointed. The house was very close to the beach and a perfect spot for bird watching. We rented a golfcart which made the beach club easily accessible. There are plenty of toys for playing in the sand, you don't need to bring your own. Our four year old grandson had the time of his life!

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotless and well-maintained the home was—truly immaculate—not a detail overlooked. Equestrian Moms & Daughters Weekend Getaway

We were a group 14. We are a group from Tomball whose daughters ride horses competitively at Kmr Equestrian. This is not my first time staying in the Pointe West subdivision we have been renting in Pointe West for the last eight years. Most of these moms and daughters had never been before. Everyone had a wonderful time. Everything was comfortable beautiful and easy access.. I Can honestly say we have zero complaints. Would love to share some pictures of our amazing day

Lovely beach house with lots of amenities

We reserved this home for our annual beach trip with family. There were 12 of us ranging from age 73 to 5. Everyone had a great time and loved the home. The amenities are a short drive via golf cart or car. You can walk but for the elderly or little kids it’s best to drive down and park. The house itself is one of the best we have reserved in the last 9 years. There was plenty of beds, linens, and beach gear including toys and towels. The pillows, beds and comforters were all good quality, clean and comfortable. The appliances were top of the line and everything worked perfectly. They even had a counter top ice maker and air fryer which is a plus for our family! The owner extended many thoughtful items such as dishwasher pods, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. The misquotes were intense (as they always are) but we stayed in the breeze and lathered down with bug spray. The owner provided an extra bottle of bug spray for anyone who forgets, luckily we had 2 bottles ourselves.

Perfect Location!

Our group of 13 loved our stay! The location was peaceful and quiet with super convenient proximity to the beach club and pool! The house had all the amenities we needed and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy a relaxing long weekend!

Family reunion

Perfect bunk room upstairs that closes off for the babies. Place was nice and clean! Lots of fun. Definitely need a golf cart.
