The check in process was a breeze! All processes were communicated clearly. The kitchen was immaculate. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve slept in! I wanted to take the mattress with me! The balcony was the kids’ fave place to be! Will definitely stay again! The bridge from the grounds to the beach was wonderful!

Before I’d even arrived onto the property, the hosts provided great details to ensure that my check-in and check-out experiences were easy and as convenient as possible. My stay was very pleasant and peaceful; the property had everything I needed to enjoy my personal hiatus. The full kitchen had all the necessary amenities to cook great meals and then step out onto the balcony to enjoy the amazing views while I ate! Wonderful!

Great Mother’s Day

Great location a bit out of the Galveston bustle. Loved the porch and the little pool grill area makes it so you don’t need to go anywhere. Bill had everything you could need as well.

Love West Galveston

This is our second time staying at Pointe West. The condo was well appointed. Lots of great seating on the balcony. Kitchen was fully equipped. The reason I gave 4 stars is the fact the restaurant was closed for the season. I didn’t realize that when I booked. The restaurant is amazing and a big part of why I booked Pointe West. We’ll be back!

Perfect getaway!

This condo has the best view and a minute access to the beach. It’s a lovely place to stay and the owners provide many things for comfort and ease of stay. We will definitely stay here again next time we are down this way. Strongly suggest renting this space!!!

We had a very relaxing time. My son and his 2 children came down on Friday and stayed until Sunday. Then my husband and I were by ourselves. The condo and the area were beautiful. We had everything we could need.

Wonderful stay!

This property was perfect on the top floor. It also had no obstruction to the beach. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. William was great to always get back to me fast with and answers to my questions. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. We left a cooler and some fishing gear in the closet for the next guess since we couldn’t take them home. We would love to come back to this exact property. The clubhouse was so close and convenient.

Overall a very nice condo. There was a strong smell of mildew on arrival but we used the provided Arm & Hammer Hanging Moisture Absorber and Odor Eliminator packets to resolve the problem. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Midweek getsway

The property was clean and the view from the balcony was wonderful, as we watched the seagulls and pelicans fly in front of us. It was a great place to relax and watch and hear the waves. We'll be back.

Wonderful time at the beach

Wanted some off season time at the Galveston beach. The property has an unobstructed view of the beach and is close enough to hear the surf. A walkway to the beach is only a short distance away. The condo is clean and nicely furnished with everything you need for a relaxing stay. It is a bit of a walk to the Beach Club pool area but, of course, a nice flat walk. When we arrived one of the smoke alarms was chirping with a low battery warning. The owner was easy to contact and very responsive. Stuff happens so how it is handled is what is important to me and so I very much appreciate the ease of contacting the owner/host. The complex is located on the opposite end of the island from Galveston so be aware that driving to town is 15-20 miles depending on where in town you're going. The plus of that is that it's the quiet side of the island with far fewer people on the beach. If you want a nice clean place with a view of the beach and easy access to the beach then you will enjoy this rental.

Relaxing week at the beach

Comfy clean condo, nicely equipped with kitchen, bath, entertainment, and beach items. Not having to buy hand soap is always a bonus! The owners, Bill and Claire were quick to respond to any and all questions and kindly made our reservations for the resort. They also supplied us with the holiday week’s events. The staff at the resort were amazing and the other owners and guest very friendly and respectful of the quiet hours We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return!

Beautiful!

We wanted a place to spend time with our children before school started and this was the perfect place to do it! The location is amazing, quiet and not over crowded, right on the ocean! The views from the condo are stunning! Property Managers were very easy to communicate with, not that we had any issues, but we did extend our stay by an extra day and that was a seamless transaction! We loved this place and will definitely be back!
