I had an amazing time there. The property was very nice and comfortable as well. I had a very difficult time understanding the app and asked for assistance in where to find stuff and I just felt that because I didn’t fully understand I should have been directed in the right direction so that I could have communicated better with my family who had questions as well about our stay. We arrived at the property at about 3:50 and the cleaning crew was still there. They allowed us to enter the property around 4:30. There was no apologies or compensation for that. This was my family and I first time and for the most part everyone had a great time. We cleaned up again when we got there but another issue was the garbage cans were full of trash so we had to keep a lot of the trash inside the house and I really hate that. It’s rather disgusting to have garbage from 14 people inside of the home but we made it through. Other than these issues, the property itself was very nice. All other issues was sent to the owner, Russell and he was aware of my other concerns. Thank you again for having my family at your place. May God Bless You.

There is this moldy stuff outside that is also gross and needs to be tended too.

The location was amazing! Beautiful view! The family was able to fish off the pier and had an amazing time. The house was a perfect size for a large family.

We had a large party and the house was able to accommodate all of us but everything we brought as well. The house was clean and inviting, airy and comfortable.We would stay there again!

Galveston stay

The location is great, away from all the busyness. And the view of the water behind the house was nice. The size of the house is great for large groups, other than the living room area. Overall the house is nice, but could use some small but simple improvements.

Quite with nice view and nice roomy house.

Mardi Gras retreat

I took the family to Galveston to enjoy the city and its Mardi Gras celebration. We rebooked this house since we loved staying at this property the previous year. Plenty of room for a large family. Far enough out of town for a quiet relaxing weekend but not so far as to be out of the way. The western facing balconly provided beautiful views or the sunset. Will be back!

Lovely location/home, but lacking...

The location and home are stunning. No 5th bedroom as advertised so we had to get a hotel for part of our family. No ok cooking pots/pan. Kitchen sink facet loose and no hot water in kitchen... etc.

Was good but could have been great.

Overall my friends and I enjoyed our stay ash’s will definitely be back in Galveston. The house was beautiful with amazing views, with the cold weather, the house was warm and accommodated all of us well. The only issues I had with the house was some of the burgers of the stove was not working, as well as little to no cooking stencils and supplies. There was an elevated but was shut off for guests to use and the downstairs room held 3 people but they had to leave the room and come out of the house and come up the stairs just to use the restroom and be apart of the rest of the group. It could have been five if they had elevator access but they did not. The host communicated with us throughout the stay and was very attentive. In the future if I stay here again, I’d wish for the elevator to work. :)

Not a 5 bedroom house

It's really a 4 bedroom house, with a closet off of one of the bedrooms with 3 stacked twin beds. Luckily one of our families cancelled at the last minute. Also some basic condiments in the kitchen would be helpful, ie. salt, pepper. Other than that the house was comfortable, peaceful with a beautiful view of the bay.

Small family

We stayed here as a little staycation to be close to the beach while I flew in from out of town and was very pleased with the property. Very nicely kept, clean and you can’t beat the view. The manager was always great to communicate with and it was great that we were able to bring our pets.

Wonderful Vacation

House was great location was amazing, but the only let down not enough tv and thr description wasn't correct it states 6 bathroom and it only 4.5 and the bedroom down stairs very small with no acess to a bathroom
