Fantastic!

The house was perfect! We were less than a mile from the club house, had access to the bay. House was very well maintained. Downstairs area was great. Wish we could have stayed longer. Communication with the host was easy.

Haven on the Bay

The property was well kept. Very clean, full service kitchen. I was well received. The property owner contacted me doing my stay to make sure I had an enjoyable weekend. Also, sent me a map of the beach locations and rentals if needed, I would stay here again when I need some R&R

Great house for a large family

First stay at this house and third time at the Pointe West community. The house had plenty of rooms and beds for our family of 13. Love the layout and decor. The pictures were very accurate.

Annual Family Vacation

Even prettier than the photos! Our extended family of 12 enjoyed the home very much. Everything was very clean and well cared for. We were in great hands with Mai who kept in touch with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again next time we are in town!

Got the Fam' Together for Labor Day

Our extended family got together to celebrate one of our brothers' 50th birthday and Labor Day. The house is amazing—beautiful location, beautiful house, beautifully taken care of and equipped. The beach club is great and they definitely have the best-cared-for beach in Galveston. And Mai was super helpful, responsive, and thorough in making sure we had a great stay. Book it now—you won't regret it.

Wonderful!!

Heaven on Bay was such a beautiful property! Clean, comfortable and would recommend! We had 9 children and 7 adults and never felt overcrowded. We rented golf carts to get us to and from the beach.

3rd Stay Here with Large Group of Friends!

Honestly this sums it up perfectly. This is our 3rd stay at Heaven on the Bay with the same family groups! We honestly love everything about the property! Open spaces for all to hang and visit. Bunk and play room to keep the kids occupied! Each bedroom is large enough for each of us and the extra twin bed room is now great for the 13 year old of the group. The property is a quick ride to the beach club and beach and only 30 minutes into downtown Galveston. We are already talking about next summer to make sure we book again!

Relaxing weekend and quality time with family and friends

This house was perfect get away for the weekend. We had a wonderful time with friends and family. This house has everything you can just imagine and mostly our kids enjoyed the hot tub and the ping pong table. We bbq and later did s’mores. We also got the access to the pool and beach club that was very much worth it. I would definitely want to come back again 😀

Amazing property!

Our family of 13 (grandparents, parents and grandchildren) had the most amazing time here! House is more beautiful than the pictures! Mai is the best host and is always there to offer suggestions and help if needed! You really can’t ask for a better house. One side is on the bay and the beach and pool club is a short ride away. Recommend highly!

Fabulous House, Gracious Host

This house is even better than the photographs. Perfect for our large group of 8 adults and 5 kids for a Thanksgiving get away. Well appointed kitchen, nice hot tub and even a game room to occupy the kids. Host even checked in with us by email to make sure we had everything we needed Will rent this house again.

Home away from home

Great house! Beautiful and comfortable. Mai is very thorough in her communication. I feel confident that if anything had gone wrong during our stay, she would have dealt with the issue promptly. I also appreciate the higher quality cookware in the kitchen, which you don’t often find in rental properties. This was a great house for our large family. My only minor complaint is that we had to bring our own paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, cleanser etc. Some of those items were provided (I.e. one roll of toilet paper per bathroom), but not enough to last a week at the beach for a large group. Not a deal breaker, but I’ve never had to do that in any other rental in Pointe West. Overall, we recommend this property!

Perfect Getaway

This house was more than we could have asked for in a property! The views from all of the king bedrooms were just beautiful! It was so well-equipped with extra beach towels, supplies, kitchen appliances, etc. We will definitely plan to come back in the future. Mai was a great host and kept us informed from the booking through our departure!

This was the most beautiful house have stayed in and we have stayed in a lot of homes in Galveston. The best part of our vacation other than our family was the owner. Mai is the most attentive owner we have ever had the pleasure of working with and just because of her we would rent that property again. Heavenly Vacation

Our family of 15 loves to vacation at Pointe West in Galveston each summer, and this year, we found “Heaven on Bay.” What can I say about luxury and perfection? This beautiful house on the bay had literally EVERYTHING we needed or wanted. From the gourmet kitchen and gorgeous tile floor, to the beautifully decorated living space, four “king” master suites with luxury bedding, the large kid’s bunk room, and comfortable twin room, we had plenty of space to unwind and have fun. And the Beach Club was just a blast, with great food, music and an amazing pool, as well as a bay side pool with a lazy river. We rented a golf cart from Rick’s Beach Rentals (an awesome company to work with) to get “to and from” the Beach Club. And a special “thank you” Mai Dang, at Galveston Luxury Property Rentals, for taking excellent care of us. Mai and Tom truly helped us make wonderful family memories at Heaven on Bay. Best vacation EVER!

This home is the nicest and cleanest vacation home we have ever stayed in. Mai was so amazing at communication from the moment we booked the home until we checked out. You cannot beat this location. Bay on one side and the amazing beach club and beach on the other. The home is GORGEOUS and has everything you could need! They literally thought of everything from beach gear to crabbing supplies. The kids rooms were PERFECT for a large group. All of the master bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, nicely decorated and clean. I cannot recommend this home more highly! We will definitely be back again!

Fantastic Getaway

Wow what a gorgeous home. Situated just off the bay, the views are spectacular. Sunset enjoyed on the back patio. The house itself is stunning and nicely appointed. Mai and her side kick Tom are fantastic. They are very attentive and full filled our every need. We had a great birthday dinner at the Beach Club. They too were very accommodating and friendly. Pointe West is our new favorite spot!
