La comunicación estuvo perfecta, pero la casa en sí está en malas condiciones tuvimos lluvia y el agua entro en nuestro cuarto está muy sucia la casa en general incluyendo la ropa de las camas y todos los utensilios en la cocina como tasas platos vasos todas las partes por donde sale el aire acondicionado gotean mucho.

The house was smaller than it looks. It gets very warm inside in the afternoons. Nobody picks up their dogs poop. Front bedroom is connected to the bunk bed room and the bunk bed room is connected to the bathroom. The other bedroom has a bathroom inside it. The bathrooms were nice! The bunk beds are right against the roof, didn't work for my teens, slept on couch instead. Tvs do not have Roku or antennas, only one we could get playing was front bedroom, Disney channel. TINY washer broke after 1 wash. Lots of towels provided tho. Kitchen has no air vents only fan, very hot in the afternoons. Low ceilings. The boogy boards in cabinet were nice to have. The fenced yard was nice to have. Neighborhood was very nice and very short walk to beach which was the only thing we loved about the place.. besides the price! It wasnt the worst stay in the world. Okay for less expensive and close to the beach stay.

Cottage review

I placed a call to customer service and the stated i would receive a call back and it has not happened, due to offensive sign on property. Otherwise the stay was good. No extra trash bags on the property for use. A pair of shorts and underwear was left in kids room drawer. Pots was left greasy. Cleanliness and nexrt to Godliness.

Birthday

The house was nice. It is within walking distance to the beach. The host was wonderful. It was hot when we first got there. We contacted the host and they turned the AC down so that was great.

When we got there the door was already unlocked. There was no gas for the grill or the ignition wouldn't work for the grill. The community pool to use, you had to have a pass to swim and wouldn't let us in unless we had it. But we made the best of it

Kitchen sink to broken , ac isnt cold enough

1st when I pull up I see a golf cart , Basically it was just teasing us. 2nd the share/community pool close, that was the whole reason why choices to go in that area. 3rd to make every way wrost was kitchen sink wasnt work , It was obvious that it hasn't been working a while because after a few house I i open the dishwasher full of stinky water and the bottom of the sink was duct taped closing the pipes. 4th ac wasnt cold enough.

Great time…

Everything went well… we really had a great time. Only change would have been thicker mattresses on bottom bunks, and top bunks were to close to the ceiling.

Would not stay again

The house itself was not bad, but the property looked run down and old on the outside. There was a huge clump of hair in the master shower, master toilet did not flush well, sugar ants in the kitchen, the bunk bed mattresses were thin and beds were super noisy. This was a great location! But, the house did not deliver.

Management company really dropped the ball

We had a easy time booking our stay online even though it was a short notice. Upon arrival, we started finding cleanliness issues: the sitting area downstairs was littered with cigarettes, small bits of glass, & debris, the table/chairs were also very dirty. We were unable to use the grill because it was filthy & the grilling utensils were left outside in a bucket next to the grill unwashed. When we entered the house & noticed that the beds were made, but the comforters were sandy, also found several dog hairs and human hairs on the sheets in both beds. The fan in the bedroom with the full bed was extra dusty so was unable to be used as the fan would scatter dust when turned on. After seeing the state of the home, our 1st call to Vacasa customer service was made. We were told someone would call us back or that someone would be sent out with new sheets and to clean, we were also told that another option would be to move us to a similar property. The 1st night the full bed broke as the wooden slats would not stay in place. The second day we also noticed more cleanliness issues: We found dirty dishes in the pantry, a styrofoam plate in the oven with old food on it & the refrigerator had a slightly fishy smell. We waited until 4pm but never received a response. We called Vacasa a 2nd time and again we’re told someone would contact us. Friday morning we were finally contacted by Christine who was a General Manager who informed us the property manager had a medical emergency so all our previous order requests were not being received. I explained we had taken the bed apart & moved the slats around, so didn’t need maintenance. She did offer us a discount & late checkout for our trouble. I was still under the impression that we were still waiting for someone to clean. When I contacted Christine back I was informed that they do not perform mid stay cleaning but she would get us clean sheets & blankets. We were also given only the lock box code and not the door code which ended in us getting locked out of the property. The same bed broke again the so half of our party ended up leaving a day early. We ended up not using the late checkout that was offered. If the rental was properly cleaned and the beds were comfortable it would have been a great time. Good things about this property are the location, fenced yard, great A/C, & the hot water doesn’t run out. It was very frustrating having to contact Vacasa customer service with no response.

Inexpensive, great location for the west end, rent a golf cart

Dog friendly! Deposit was low, and the backyard is fenced! It also has a good gate on deck. Well stocked, had all the essentials. Inexpensive. You can’t beat the rate. It doesn’t have a dishwasher or washer dryer but that’s not why you rent this house. It’s perfect for the rate. Only downside is the downstairs is not paved. It’s dirt/grass. It makes things a bit more difficult, but it is what it is for the rate. Rent a golf cart! It was nice to be able to breeze over to the beach. You can walk but with a kid and dog the golf cart made things easy.

Close to the beach, nice balcony, ample room for 10 guests.., the shower outside didn’t work and bathroom in bedroom wasn’t working till last night..

Small and nice but showers do not work

Manager knew the shower was not working properly. And did not tell anybody. Only one shower for the whole group. They only returned $25 per day which is 100 bucks. It was very inconvenient and should have returned more

Was not as I expected, ac didn’t cool properly, master bath had scolding water even when on cold had to use guest restroom for all of us to shower , not what I expected and would never stay here again
