The whole pace was very sticky. All of the flooring of the house was icky, icky, icky sticky. The fabric on the sofas were sticky, the carpet on the stairs going up to the second floor was sticky. Everything was sticky. Very limited kitchen appliances. No pans or pots. No paper towels. There was thin and very watery dish detergent for use. There is a strong bad smell on ALL of the blankets and pillows. It was as if whoever cleaned the place, sprayed the stickiest and smelliest spray onto everything.

Our family had a wonderful stay here in Jamaica Beach! The kids fished and kayaked the entire weekend, and the adults had a great time relaxing. The beach was just a quick 5 minutes away, so it was the perfect way to keep everyone entertained!

Highly recommend!!!

We did a weekend stay at this property before we left on a cruise and I couldn’t be more happy with everything. The whole property is well kept and clean. The house offered amazing views and a convenient location to the beach outside of busy Galveston. I would highly recommend this property and host!

Absolutely Amazing!

This property was one of the best we've ever stayed at. We rent often in the Jamaica Beach and Sea Isle Area. The owner was extremely quick to respond and worked with us to accommodate a few special requests. House was incredibly clean and offered great amenities. Location perfect!! Beach right across the road, great Mexican restaurant and convenience store all attached to the neighborhood. We brought our golf cart and were able to enjoy all of these things without ever getting in the truck. We will most definitely be renting here again!

Great Location and Beautiful Home

Small company "getaway" for the weekend. Home was beautiful and everything we hoped it would be. Fishing is decent if you wait until it's late. Caught a few white trout (Sand Trout) after the underwater light turned on. Be careful if you're using a trout rig with an underwater rattler. There are a lot of small fish that will rob you blind near the dock. Close to the beach as well. I would advise bringing a golf cart with you if you're going to be going back and forth to the beach though. The outside decks are amazing. More space than you'll ever need, even with kids running around. Take some bread for the kids to feed the seagulls. That was my daughter's favorite part. There is a filet table with a nearby hose when fishing and enough space for 4-5 people to fish without stepping on each other.

Great family fun!

Our family stayed for 5 days. We had 3 adults and 2 kids and the home was perfect. Our boys had a great time fishing and caught tons of Pinfish, some Croakers, Catfish, and a small Trout. The bikes and kayaks were an added plus. When the boys got tired of fishing we headed over to the beach right across the street. Everything was so convenient, and we had a great time!

Great Spot!

Super comfy place! Had enough room for two families and a dog! The side yard was perfect for the pup to run around and still feel included. Great location to the beach and we all caught a fish off the dock! Kayaks were a lot of fun too and we made s’mores by the fire pit while enjoying the breeze off the top deck. Such a great place to stay! We can’t wait to go back next summer!

Perfect patio and location

We had a great time. The owner was great to work with and very responsive. The house had wonderful amenities and a awesome porch for hanging out in the evenings. Great house and conveniently located to the community pool, boat launch, and the beach across the street. We enjoyed the kayaks and beach cruisers that were included as well. Great family vacation!

Great Beach Trip
