Anyone violating these rules will be asked to leave without refund
Pool schedule and hours may vary and must be respected at all times.
POOL & JACUZZI AREA MAY BE RESERVED FOR PRIVATE EVENTS FROM TIME TO TIME

NO RUNNING, JUMPING, or anything DIVING
Violation of any house rules will result in immediate removal from the property without any refunds
3 night minimums on holidays.

Pool rules and pool agreement must be agreed upon and signed before renters or guest are allowed to enter pool, jacuzzi, and or pool area.
Kitchen only for light cooking no frying or seafood allowed.
