Lakeside Lounge: Relax in the hammock or gather around the fire pit. Firewood is provided for your evening campfires.

Guest access
Guests will have full, exclusive access to the entire camper and the private gravel patio area. You are also welcome to enjoy the heart-shaped pond and the surrounding grassy areas directly adjacent to the site.

Private Spaces: The camper, the hammock, the fire pit, and the grill are for your exclusive use.

Water Access: You have full access to the pond for fishing and using the provided canoe and paddleboat. Waver form must be signed beforehand. Located in the guest handbook in the camper

Pets are welcome! We charge a small $30 pet fee to cover professional deep cleaning and ionizing, ensuring the camper stays fresh for everyone. Since our resident cats love to drop by and say hello to guests, please make sure your furry companions are cat-friendly before booking.

Parking: There is plenty of space for parking directly next to the camper.

While the camper is located on our larger property, we respect your privacy and will leave you to enjoy your stay unless you need assistance!

To be able to use the Pond/Dock amenities, a waiver that is placed on the table with the welcome guide will need to filled out for all guests and signed before use. Thank you!

Other things to note
We want your stay to be as relaxing and straightforward as possible. Here are a few extra details about our property:

Rural Setting: This is a true outdoor experience on a private property. While we provide modern comforts, please be prepared for a natural environment.

Safety on the Water: Life jackets are provided and must be worn when using the dock, canoe or paddleboat on the pond.

Supplies Provided: To make your trip easier, we provide the fishing gear, firewood, and essentials mentioned in the description.

TV: we currently provide a selection of DVDs to choose from and a Roku to login to your own streaming services! since we are not hooked up to cable, the TV in the bunkhouse does not operate. thank you!

The Cozy Camper runs on authentic RV holding tanks! If you notice the shower starting to drain a little slowly, just shoot us a quick message to let us know, that means the grey tank is getting full and ready for a breather. To keep your stay fresh and sweet-smelling, we’ll quietly slip over while you’re out exploring to empty and service the tanks for you (our grinder pump handles the heavy lifting, so we prefer to run it while you're away to spare your ears and nose! The shower and kitchen tank can be taken care from the outside. If the black/toilet tank needs emptied, we will need to come into the bathroom for a few minutes to put the necessary RV chemicals in to keep it from smelling in the camper after emptying the tank :)
