We loved our stay at the 4 Seasons in Gateway. Linda is a lovely and easy host to work with. The grounds were beautifully in bloom and we enjoyed the deck and hot tub quite a bit. The inside of the home needs to be seen to be believed—you will feel like you are in an animal museum. The home was large, clean and very comfortable. Only 15 to downtown Bozeman but felt like we were in the country

We had such a wonderful time at this very unique home. Linda and Mark were great hosts and communicated with us quickly if we had a question. We felt very at home in their home. Everything you could possibly need was provided. We loved all the animals on the property and spent most of our time outside on the beautiful deck and fire pit Also very conveniently located to many places but yet private with amazing views. There is so much space to spread out as a group if needed. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Our Gallatin Gateway Getaway

Our stay at this beautiful home was AMAZING! The client was helpful, communicative and so friendly - prepare for her great lab - Bear! He's a friendly guy!We looked at places closer to Yellowstone, then closer to the North Gate - Gardiner.....This location is 20 min from the airport!It's 20 minutes and an easy country drive to Bozeman - so many really good places we chose to dine - the close drive made it so convenient.Less than 2 hours to West Yellowstone - an easy drive - we did it 3X. Perfect.So close to Big Sky - fly fishing, white water rapids - Horn and Cantle Dining -Location - check!This is a really well done country Log Cabin - very spacious - lots and lots of great mounts everywhere!Very comfortable!2 Living RoomsGreat Deck - coffee listening the rooster and the horses every a.m.Hot Tub - used often.....great end to every day.Kitchen - perfect......coffee maker works - I can assure you!King Bed upstairs - Master - spacious/comfortable.Queen Bed on 1st floor - smaller room, but comfortable.Two bedrooms downstairs - one with windows, one without - enough beds in each room to sleep 4 couples (2) beds in each.Plenty of bathrooms - I'm not sure if the listing said AC - it does not have Central Air - on two nights it was warm on 1st and 2nd floor.If you are visiting Montana with a large group - this house is perfect!

Beautiful and unique property

Linda and Mark were fantastic to communicate with. They answered all of our questions promptly and took us on a tour of the house when we first arrived. The house is beautiful and spacious. The grounds are incredible! Plus we had farm fresh eggs, were welcomed by Bear the dog,and got to pet the donkeys and the horses. The inside of the house was just as incredible. A convenient distance to go to all the scenic places in the area too. Thanks again Linda and Mark!!

Great group gathering property

It was everything we were looking for and did not disappoint. Location was great for access for sight seeing. Private. Hot tub and fire pit were amazing. The animals were a bonus, it was the iconic MONTANA experience. Hostess was very welcoming. Thank you again.

Beautiful long cabin

Property was beautiful and log cabin was very large and lovely. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom although none of us sleep great-beds were soft. Asked for fans as it was quite hot in some of the bedrooms and she brought some over. I guess I didn’t notice all the animal heads in the pictures but there was a lot of taxidermy. Gave lower score on communication as my communication through VRBO was not always answered and when we got there, she told us she had texted one of us (but no one got a text) to check in an hour later. All that said, we had a lovely time and had room to spread out and come together!

Summer escape

The ONLY place to stay in Montana!

Linda and Mark have created a beautiful unique treasure of a home! Could not have been more comfortable and relaxed. Everything was perfect from the pond and waterfall to the sweet horses and lovely scenic decks and patios with fire pit. We are looking forward to returning in the future!

Bozeman wedding

This property provided a great hideaway for family traveling in for the wedding. It happened to be very close to the venue, which was a big plus. We loved the back patio and spent many hours enjoying the quiet and making some great memories. Linda was very attentive and was able to provide extra cookware for our big family dinner.

Wonderful house and property

We loved Montana and staying at Linda’s house made our vacation even better. Her house and property is so beautiful. We enjoyed looking at all the animal heads and finding out where they were from. The wood burning stove and fireplace made us very comfortable. We liked feeding the horses as well. We would definitely come back and stay here!

Dubbed the Bass Pro house

WOW!! What a great space! The yard, the house, & the accommodations were all superb! Absolutely the only thing we could complain about was too much chlorine in the hot tub. Everything else was a superb experience.

Ten bears house

Thank you our hosts! Overall is was a wonderful venue and location for my family to gather for my sons wedding. It truly is a showcase home. So easy to entertain and prepare food for the guests. Outdoor fire pit and hot tub were so nice to have after long days. accessibility of all cooking and eating items was a blessing. House was generally loved by all in the group. Couple of comments to make: House temp at night was almost unbearable in the upstairs bedroom and main level. Fans need to be available in all bedrooms Does not sleep 5 couples The staircase to the lower level needs a handrail. Lastly all fees need to be disclosed more directly. There was a higher than anticipated amount charged for the stay in extra fees. If the house sleeps 10 then ten guest shouldn’t cost extra. There was only one night were we had 10 yet we paid for 10 all four nights.

Family fun in montana

This property was perfect for out family. We loved the privacy and space. The yard and property were great for family baseball games and then relaxing by the fire pit. Making smores and enjoying the hot tub too. Very serene and relaxing! Close to many hiking trails, fun towns, and restaurants. We really enjoyed the area and the host were so responsive and easy to communicate with. It was one of our favorite VRBO's and we will recommend this wonderful get away to friends. The property is a very special place. We made lots of lifetime family memories!

Great Montana Vacation

Linda was very sweet and welcoming. Property is accurate with posting. Lots of antiques and taxidermy species in the home. Only issue was front left burner of stove not working but previous tenant failed to notify owner. Great places to explore nearby.

Family Graduation

We had a wonderful time in Bozeman. Extended family came for a college graduation and a small family reunion. We had family from both the east coast and the west coast. The house worked great for both as one group was early risers and the other not so much. The early risers were able to get up and out for their 1st adventure of the day without disrupting those that slept in a little longer. The house was in a great location. Just the space and distance from town that felt like a great get-away. Linda was very responsive and helpful when questions or problems arose. Cant wait to visit again!!

Authentic Montana

We enjoyed our stay at this authentic Montana log cabin! The house was hand crafted 35 years ago with much attention to detail and adorned with an abundance of taxidermy including Elk, Deer, Bison, Bear, Wolf, Boar, Bobcat, Monkeys, Zebra, Big Horn Sheep, many bird and more. We were very comfortable and warm. The house was well stocked with wood for multiple stoves and fireplaces. Our host, Linda met us upon arrival and explained all the necessities. She was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend a stay at this unique home!

True Montana Gem on a Magical Property

Our group of friends (and two toddlers) had an amazing stay at Linda and Mark's property. The house was absolutely epic — everywhere you looked there was another pair of eyes looking back at you. Truly felt like staying in a natural history museum. Beds were all cozy and comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We cooked almost every night, enjoyed the super hot hot tub after skiing, and one night even had an awesome fire outside in the fire pit. Our two little ones (18 and 22 months) were more than occupied with all the owner's grandkids' toys and also loved visiting the horses, donkeys, and chickens. We were lucky enough to have a late snow on our last day and spent the morning pulling them in a couple of toboggans. Linda was super responsive and even coordinated a pack and play, high chair, and hiking pack for us. All in all, it couldn't have been better and we would absolutely come back!
