Hoteles en Galkanda

"We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful, catered to our needs very effectively"

"Beautiful place with kindly and very friendly staff. Very helpful. Call the hotel before then they can arrange a cheaper transport."

"Perfect stay in a more quiet area of Ella. You will be in the center shortly. The best thing about our stay was the excellent breakfast served on our private balcony with an amazing view. If we ever come back to Ella again…. This is the place we will stay!"

"En nuestra opinión es un edificio, que en algún momento de su historia tuvo valor. Tiene poco mantenimiento, todo se ve y está muy usado, la habitación poco presentable, camas de tambor de resorte y colchones muy incómodos, el baño como de los años treinta, con adaptaciones muy rústicas y de mal gusto, en la tina, había una tarima de madera para salir de ella. El wc muy viejo y estorboso así como la papelera y la jabonera. Ciudad con poquísimo interés turístico."

"Awesome experience overall. Everything was great."

"We stayed at this amazing property for 3 days as a group of four and had a wonderful experience. The mountain views from our room were stunning, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast buffet had limited spread, but everything was delicious. The approach road can be a bit tricky, with a steep, narrow downhill stretch that accommodates only one car at a time. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property!"

"You get a homelike feel ."

"Un lieu exceptionnel hors du temps. Concu par Manik Sandrasagra, Channa Daswatte, dans la lignée de Geoffrey Bawa."

"Junto a una cascada, en plena naturaleza...atraviesas un puente colgante llegas a la recepción y el alojamiento encima de un árbol...rodeado de Luciérnagas...sin palabras"

"The view is supreme. The room is very clean and quite well-appointed for the class of hotel. The location is very near to town just up the way to its hilltop perch. A good walk or short tuk tuk ride . The staff were friendly and helpful and the WiFi was good. I had reason to contact the manager and he responded quickly to sort out my issue. I highly recommend Mountjoy Ella."

"Stay at property was amazing! The views where breathtaking and awesome to unwind to after staying in the city. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. We stayed 2 nights and also visited the nearby waterfalls..."

"El personal fue lo más, muy amables y resolutivos! El lugar es muy lindo, se encuentra en la montaña, alejado del ruido centro, así que espectacular para poder dormir bien, volveremos ! Gracias por todo"

"Incredible place, accomodation is luxury, views are breathtaking, staff are lovely. If I went again I wouldnt take the half board option and order off the menu as the food and options were better and not particularly expensive. "

"The room was excellent. Had everything I needed. Only thing I would add is an additional plug socket to the room. Melani was phenomenal from the start and throughout, she went above and beyond making sure I had everything I needed. Breakfast was made fresh every morning and Melani checked what I wanted and even accommodated things like getting low fat options, which she didn’t need to do. The star of this hotel besides the staff is the view from the balcony! Looking out onto Ella was lovely,...

"DO NOT STAY HERE!! i was bitten and scratched by the dog here. It waited outside the room. Sleeps on the chair outside. It blocks the top so you can't get down the dangerous stairs. It goes for your legs/feet because it wants attention. We was badly over charged for rice for dinner. No wifi. No AC. 20 power cuts. We only had electricity for 2hours on and off out of the 12hours we was there. We couldn't wait to leave. The owner/family hardly speak english when we said how unhappy/upset we was...
