"Overall this is a really nice apartment and the staff were prompt to respond and also help with some minor issues we had during the stay. The only real complaints were that we lacked pillows (only two very small pillows, fortunately we had packed our own) and that the apartment had no A/C. Did not feel safe in that situation and left the property…. Booked another stay last minute as advised by Vrbo...
