"My family and I stayed at Seiri Del Mar, and we just left this place!! we’re visiting Hopkins. We usually stay at another place nearby, but they were booked up so we gave this resort a try. "Really enjoyed my stay at Areca House. I was there solo for a vacation; however, it would be fine too for a couple. Great location to the beach (just across the street), as well as close to restaurants (within walking distance). It was great to enjoy Garifuna places of interest (wonderful food, etc.). Doc responded quickly to my initial inquiries, and Janette provided a helpful introduction to the place after I arrived. Would recommend Areca House!"

"The camp is a wonderful place to stay if you’re going to be venturing around Belize. It is centrally located just outside of Belize city and is actually a short drive to almost anywhere in the country. We toured all over the country while staying there and easily made it back each day to the camp by bedtime. The place is run by some wonderful people who love their job and make you feel very welcome and at home. I will definitely be staying there when I go back to conduct business in Belize."
