"My experience was very bad for reasons no guest should ever have to go through. After spending a few days in Bath, I stayed at this hotel to visit the city of Cardiff. The location is excellent and the food as well, but you cannot leave your belongings or personal items in the room unless you store them very securely. On my first day there, one of the housekeeping employees made one of my souvenirs disappear. I had just spent a few days in Bath and bought a souvenir at the Christmas market. I...

"As I find stairs difficult with luggage, and no lift, staff were helpful and changed my room from 1st floor to ground. Staff were pleasant but bar service could be improved. The waiter was covering the kitchen and bar. He walked past me twice, while I stood at the bar, but I still had to open the door to the kitchen, and call, I had to ask for ice and lemon, but didn't get the lemon, it didn't seem available. Just small things really but could be improved. "
