"Because it was a holiday weekend, and it rained, and there were accidents, we were 2 hours late, and one hour after check in. We called, and Ian said "No problem". "Wonderful stay at Pale Hall Hotel. Beautiful and comfortable room. Warm and welcoming staff. Excellent dining options - a tasting menu / fine dining or a bar menu. Both served in a beautiful dining room. We had the bar menu and it was wonderfully cooked. Morning breakfast was perfect and a small gift of water and cookies for our journey much appreciated. We would highly recommend this hotel. "
