"The fridge was to close to the bed. Noisey at night. Also the plug to the kettle was too short. When the kettle was lifted up the base would fall to the ground. They also need to get their phone lines sorted,because you can't get through to them at all."

"This hotel was probably state of the art 35/40 yrs ago.
It’s very well photographed but in honesty… it’s awful.
Rooms are worn out, carpets in places are threadbare. Bathroom had various it’s broken or loose.
In the evenings was a constant smell of over cooked vegetables that was very unpleasant.
Having spoken to locals it’s recently been taken over but it’s in need of HUGE investment
I (and neither will my colleagues) definitely won’t be staying there again."

"Great stay! Could t fault the accommodation at all! 5 min drive from zip world, host left some extras for us, tea coffee sugar milk bottle of bubbly and some chocolates and shortbread! Excellent touch! Some nice walks nearby weather your a novice or a professional hiker something for everyone! Will definitely stay again! "Spent over an hour driving round Wrexham trying to find the place, useless directions despite ringing the host to clarify. Apartment was small, dirty, stained bedding and the mattresses were awful! So bad that none of us could sleep, left the next day, even though we were booked for 2 nights, none of us could face another night there so we drove home. Will be submitting a formal complaint.
