"We enjoyed our stay at Pebble House because it was opposite the promenade and we had a wonderful sea view. Simon and Emma worked hard to look after the guests and the breakfast was excellent. The location was good with shops nearby and within walking distance of Llandudno main shopping areas. Rooms were clean and we would go there again"

"5 days, 4 nights. No bedsheet change, no room cleaning. Went down twice to ask for the floor to be vacuumed, but was told cleaners have left. We always leave the room in the morning and return in the evening with the sign asking them to clean at the door, yet not cleaned. We had to go to reception to ask for towel change. It's that bad."
