Welcome to the best view of Lake Galena! This two-level condo features 3 bedrooms, 2 family rooms, fireplace, kitchen, dining area for 8 and multiple outdoor spaces. When you enter Lake Front Getaway (no stairs or steps at entry from parking) you are greeted with Lake Galena views from the family room windows. The main level has an open floor plan and many upgrades. The modern kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is also fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals and enjoy entertaining your friends and family. The kitchen is open to the dining room and family room where everyone can sit, play games, and relax. The main level bedroom has a King-size bed with an attached full bathroom featuring a 2 person Jacuzzi tub. Enjoy a large 55-inch TV in the living room and a flat-screen TV in the master bedroom, both with Mediacom Cable. Walk downstairs and find additional seating and hang-out space. There are two bedrooms in the lower level that share the hallway bathroom. The first is down the hallway and features a queen-sized bed and comfy bedding with a remarkable view of Lake Galena. from the walk out patio. The second bedroom downstairs is a great space with two Queen beds, dresser and comfy chair. There is also a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room to utilize during your stay. The views are amazing here at Lake Front Getaway and the outdoor spaces to explore are abundant. There is a great patio on the lower level and a screened-in area for you to enjoy. Upstairs is a deck and another screened-in room for you to spread out. Lastly, a gas grill is available to use out front in the designated grill section. We provide the propane!

You'll enjoy the use of all Territory amenities and Long Bay Point HOA's private outdoor pool. There is easy access to local walking trails and this home is within walking distance to Eagle Ridge Resort, Tennis Courts, Driving Range, North Golf Course, etc. For our summer guests, the private association pool is walkable from the home. All guests have access to the GTA Owners Club which is open year-round and a quick car ride only 2.5 miles away! Your rental will include proximity cards that allow you access to the Galena Territory Owners' Club. This is an exclusive amenity that can be used by only Galena Territory property owners and their guests. "The Owners' Club" includes an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool w/slides, kiddie pool, fitness room, game room, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, seasonal snack bar, WiFi and outdoor playground. Don't forget to visit Lake Galena, The Shenandoah Riding Center and hiking trails throughout the 6,800-acre property.

When you book a home with us we will require 30% down, this is a payment not a deposit. The full balance is due 14 days prior to check in. If you cancel prior to the 14 days you will receive the first payment less a $35 cancellation fee. At the 14 day mark your stay will become non-refundable and dates cannot be adjusted. Your payments will automatically be processed to the card you place on file at the time of booking. Your rental agreement (sent after booking) will reflect the due dates and amounts. Our cancellation policy is NOT flexible, we highly recommend travel insurance. Travel insurance is offered at the time of booking and up until 15 days prior to check in. The provider is CSA. Please NOTE: You will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement at the time of booking, we ask this be signed and filed within 48 hours of receiving to guarantee your reservation. You must be 25 or older at the time of booking and present the entire stay.

Check-in details are sent to the email on file 3 days before your arrival. This includes the home's address, the access code, and other pertinent home/area information. Early check-in is never guaranteed and cannot be considered until the night before or the morning of your arrival.
