The house was great upon arrival! We found it clean and nicely appointed. It was very nice of the property manager to let us get in a couple of hours early. We really appreciated that. The management team was also very quick to respond to any questions we had. Super accommodating when we found we left some of our things at the property! We wouldn’t hesitate to use this management company again!

This home was perfect for our big family coming into town for a wedding. Loved the hot tub, firepit, screened in porch! My only complaint was a few things that were obviously not cleaned, or overlooked...maybe due to quick turnover?

The house was really nice! Perfect size with great layout. House was clean and well maintained. I took one star off due to issues with payments. We added dogs and golf after the original agreement was signed. Unfortunately not once but twice we were charged more then we were supposed to pay. First time 270 ( apparently system pulled new rates compared to out original agreement) second time we were charged twice 400 for golf passes. The money was returned to us but this shouldn’t have happened. If I didn’t double check the charges we could’ve easily overpay. Other then that our stay was great and we really enjoyed the house and Galena Territory.

Large comfortable home, ideal for our group of seven adults. We enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. The location is central to Galena, winery and outdoor activities. Also, the community’s restaurant and grocery store were a nice surprise.

The house was perfect and spacious for our family and fur babies. It had everything we needed and then some. We did experience wifi issues on and off after resetting the modem so it was too hard to watch any movies otherwise everything else was great and the house was very clean which was very much appreciated.

Family trip

The house was great. The amenities were great. We had 6 adults and a baby. The linens and towels left much to be desired. They should be upgraded. The home was obviously pet friendly because I found a lot of dog hair around the house. So it was not cleaned well. There was also issues with the Freezer leaking water. When I contacted the rental management about the sheets being so worn out and pilled it felt like sandpaper , they did have better sheets dropped off for the master bed.

Highlight of the golf weekend

Eight of us plan a early spring golf weekend every year. First time in Galena for almost everyone of us. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate, 55 degrees was the highest on Sunday. Thankfully we had a great place to hang out, grill some steaks, build a fire, and enjoy some adult beverages without anyone having to drive home. The next day, 43 degrees and rain cancelled our golf game. Not to worry, we simply headed to the owners club for some indoor entertainment. We would absolutely do the same trip again...hopefully with warmer weather next time.

Wedding getaway

Comfortable and peaceful ! Everything from the furniture to the appliance, dishes, towels were of good quality. The home was clean and well cared for. The owner was pleasant and answered all my questions in a timely manner. We all had a fantastic time there. Hope to return later this summer.

Relaxing getaway!

Enjoyed the home, hot tub and other amenities. Bedrooms with their own baths is a must for us. This home checked all the boxes especially allowing us to bring our dog. Great stay!

3 Night Stay

Overall the house provided the space we needed. We were a group of 7. We were there to attend a wedding in Galena, so having several bathrooms helped, we were all ready on time. I was able to watch the northern lights from the front yard which was a very special treat since I live in Texas and not able to see them. We saw several deer and wild turkeys. The quietness made this the perfect place to relax.

Friends annual getaway

This was home-base for an annual gathering of long-time friends. Through pictures descriptions and correspondence, we could tell exactly what we were getting. The bedrooms and en suites were clean and comfortable. I especially liked the owner’s suite. The living areas were very comfortable. We really enjoyed gathering on the deck backing up to the forest. The entire group really enjoyed the whole property.
