Vacaciones

Casa muy bien equipada, limpia y a 5 minutos a pie de zona comercial (tiendas, supermercados, restaurantes, etc), a 10 minutos a pie de estación de autobuses y centro médico. La piscina y el estupendo jardín son atendidos diariamente a primera hora de la mañana. Nos hospedamos dos familia residentes en la isla, disfrutamos mucho del jardín y de la piscina. Nos sorprendió muy gratamente un mensaje recibido por teléfono del propietario el tercer día interesándose por nosotros y preguntado si estaba todo correcto. Llevamos 14 años arrendando diferentes villas y casas, y es la primera vez que se interesan por nuestra estancia. En resumen, por calidad y por su precio casa muy recomendable.

Exterior perfecto

El propietario nos atendió muy bien desde el primer día hasta el último. El interior de la casa es bonito, la cocina es amplia, cómoda, y tiene todo lo necesario. El exterior es perfecto para relajarte y desconectar, la piscina es amplia, limpia y muy cuidada. La propiedad está bien ubicada, a unos minutos caminando del Pueblo. Estar en el jardín por la noche es ideal... las luces se encienden y es realmente precioso. Volvería a pasar unos días allí sin ninguna duda.

exactamente lo que queríamos

El piso, jardín - todo era estupendo. La descripción de la propiedad es exactamente la realidad. Gáldar es un lugar tranquilo y una base excelente, bien comunicada, para ver toda la isla. Todos han tenido un tiempo maravilloso visitando las pequeñas playas cercanas, los restaurantes y bares de Gáldar, La Sardina, Agaete y Puerto de las Nieves. Lo apreciamos mucho.

Preciosa casa en un entorno fabuloso

Nuestra estancia en esta casa fue maravillosa. Colmó todas las expectativas que teníamos. Para empezar, la vivienda estaba decorada con mucho gusto y tenía todo lo que podíamos necesitar. Nada más entrar nos llamó la atención el salón, con una moderna y bonita cocina donde no faltaba de nada. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas, siendo la principal una bonita suite con un elegante baño. Al avanzar hacia la zona exterior, la impresión fue en aumento. Al salir nos encontramos con un coqueto y confortable porche, donde pudimos disfrutar, desconectando del ajetreo de la capital. Pero es que al acceder al jardín, a la satisfacción inicial se le añadió una sensación de paz absoluta. Nosotros, que veníamos de la ciudad, en un instante sólo escuchábamos los pájaros y el silencio. El jardín era precioso y estaba muy bien cuidado, con muchos árboles y variedad de especies frutales, con cantidad de rincones donde poder relajarse. Para rematar, al adentrarnos, llegamos a la zona de relax, con una bonita piscina a la que no le faltaba de nada (incluido un baño propio con ducha) para disfrutar de una estancia inolvidable. Además todo ello daba a una balaustrada con unas espectaculares vistas a las plataneras y al mar. Tuvimos un tiempo estupendo, con lo que nuestros invitados se sintieron muy a gusto, por lo que nuestra satisfacción fue colmada plenamente. Quiero hacer especial mención a Nicolás, que nos recibió con muy buena cara, explicándonos todo lo relacionado a la propiedad, al jardín y a la piscina. Se palpaba en el jardín la dedicación y el amor que pone en cada centímetro cuadrado. Su único deseo era complacernos y lo consiguió totalmente. Carlos O.

Le cadre extérieur de la location est vraiment propice à profiter, tant sur la terrasse qu'au bord de la piscine.Nicolas a été fantastique. Il nous a guidé de manière exceptionnelle pour profiter et visiter l'île en fonction de la météo et plus encore. Un grand merci pour son accueil.

Nicolàs est très attentionné, serviable et disponible. Nous avons pu profiter des platanos de son jardin. Il est de bons conseils sur les restaurants et lieux à visiter. La maison est superbe et très propre. Le jardin, la piscine et les pergolas forment un oasis splendide, très intime et très reposant. L’ensemble de la propriété est privatisé. Le centre du village est facilement accessible à pieds. Gáldar est préservé du tourisme de masse et fait partie des plus beaux lieux de l’île. L’annonce correspond parfaitement à la réalité. Nous recommandons à 100% ce logement. A 5 minutes de la villa, nous vous conseillons la plage Boca Barranco et le restaurant La Caldosa.

Another great holiday

We loved this place so much the first time, we returned for a second stay. The villa is like a home from home with everything you need, including a wonderful host in Nicholas. The town is a short walk up a hill, even if its a bit steep in places, and is a great historic centre with bars, resturants and attractions to visit.Whether you want a chilled out day by the pool or to explore further afield you can't go wrong staying here.

Haus mit Pool und Blick auf Bananen und Meer

Schon vor der Anreise kontaktierte uns Gastgeber Nicolás, gab uns Tips zu Mietwagen und machte einen Treffpunkt am Rand der Altstadt mit uns aus, um uns eine Abkürzung zum Haus zu zeigen, denn die im Navi vorgeschlagene Strecke ist nicht empfehlenswert.An der Wohnung angekommen waren wir von der Ausstattung überwältigt: Pool mit Solarheizung, Poolhaus mit Dusche und Toilette, Grillecke mit ausreichend Kohlevorrat, in der Küche ein Ceranherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Bialetti mit Kaffeevorrat und mehr als genug Geschirr und Besteck. Die beiden Bäder sind mit Duschgel, Shampoo, Haartrocknern und vielen Hand- und Badetüchern ausgestattet. Einen großen Smart-TV fanden wir in der Wohnküche und im Hauswirtschaftsraum dann auch noch eine Waschmaschine, Waschmittel und Weichspüler. Nicolás hat für alles gesorgt und kümmert sich auch jeden Morgen um den Pool und den Garten mit Zitrusfrüchten, Papaya und 2 niedlichen Schildkröten.Wir waren über Weihnachten dort und bekamen von Nicolás für jeden Tag 1-2 Tourenvorschläge, die auf das Wetter und lokale Veranstaltungen abgestimmt waren. Wir waren über Weihnachten dort und fanden immer einen freien Parkplatz gegenüber. Mag sein, dass das im Sommer schwieriger ist.Zu Fuß erreicht man die Altstadt mit historischen Gebäuden, einem Wochenmarkt, den üblichen kleinen Shops aber auch kleinere Supermärkte wie Spar und HiperDino. Für den Großeinkauf empfehle ich aber die Fahrt ins Gewerbegebiet.Sehr empfehlenswert!

Eine Woche Erholung.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und zu unserem Quartier geleitet.Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen. Sie ist gepflegt und es fehlt an nichts.Auch Garten und Pool sind täglich gewartet worden. Besonders haben wir die Terrasse mit Blick in den Garten und auf das Meer am Abend oder zum Frühstück genossen.Wir können die Wohnung guten Gewissens empfehlen.Der beheizte Pool mit Dusche und Toilette, bequemen liegen, Blick aufs Meer ist super schön.

Fabulous & Friendly

From a few days before our stay to touching down back in England, the host, Nicholas was in contact with us. He met us near the property on arrival so he could ensure we found it and explained everything. Every day he messaged us with ideas of places to visit with directions. He was very helpful and friendly. The property itself was very clean and spacious with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden and pool area was lovely, with places to relax in the sun or in the shade. The town of Galdar was a 5 min walk away with many restaurants, cafes and shops. There is quite a steep hill to walk up, so it may not suit everyone. Galdar was beautiful, it was decorated for Christmas with lights and flowers and attracted lots of visitors. We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely book again.

Relaxing fantastic apartment

What a fabulous property, has everything you need. The pool area is brilliant, with great views, a bbq and toilet and shower so you dont have to go back up to the main building. The garden is a lovely oasis of colour and shade and we loved the two tortoises. The town is a short walk away, and is delightful, great places to eat and drink and get shopping. We enjoyed wandering around the town and taking in the rich culture. Last and certainly not least Nicholas was the best host. He made us feel very welcome before we'd even arrived and was full of knowledge and great suggestions about the local area and further afield. It was the most relaxing holiday our group have had and we'll certainly look to come back, missing it already!

Lovely Property in a quite location a short walk from town

Realy enjoyed our stay. Came for a quiet getaway and thats exactly what we got. Very nice accomodation a short walk from town (although the first 150m is quite a steep hill). the view from the pool area is fantastic and the facilities in te property were all as discribed. Nicholas is a great host, full of local knowledge and good information on the best places to eat and visit.

Ausruhen in ruraler Oase

Die ruhige Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern ist in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Der Garten ist eine schattenspendende Oase. Er wird regelmäßig morgens vom Gastgeber gepflegt. Der Pool, der ebenfalls jeden Tag auf seine Wasserqualität geprüft wird, befindet sich von Blicken abgeschirmt hinter einer Hecke. Hier kann man sich herrlich abkühlen! Neben dem Pool befindet sich ein überdachter Grillplatz mit angrenzendem Haus, in dem sich sowohl alles was man zum Grillen und Kochen benötigt sowie eine Dusche und Toilette findet. Wir haben es sehr genossen abends mit Blick auf den Atlantik dort zu kochen und zu essen. Fußläufig zu erreichen sind alle möglichen Geschäfte. Der Gastgeber hat uns mit allen Informationen zu Restaurants und interessanten Ausflugszielen versorgt. Da der Weg zum Haus nicht einfach zu finden ist, haben wir uns mit ihm am Ankunftstag per Messenger an einem gemeinsamen Treffpunkt verabredet und wurden von ihm dort hingeleitet. Ein sehr freundlicher Service! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Really lovely apartment. We were lucky not to have people upstairs the whole time as the noise did carry. The pool was really cold but once in was good. Bit of a steep uphill trek to town but kept us fit! Nicholas was great. Really helped out organising a restaurant booking and cake for my husbands 60th birthday whilst we were there.

Villa con jardin y piscina, Galdar

We were looking for something different this year and were very pleased to have found this villa. The property had a number of stand out positives such as, amazing private pool area with beautiful views of the sea and surrounding banana plantations. The pool is heated to 28 degrees so after the initial dip you wont want to get out as it is the ideal temperature to cool you down on a hot day. There is also the fantastic elevated terrace that leads out from both the living area and master bedroom and overlooks a wonderfully maintained garden with numerous fruit trees and plants and cleverly framed sea views. Overall the property was very well appointed and could not be faulted on cleanliness or presentation. Our contact Nicolas was brilliant and gave us a quick tour of the property and local town Galdar on the night we arrived. He also sent us great ideas and directions for places to visit and restaurants to check out. The lovely old town of Galdar is only a short walk up the hill from the property and has some great restaurants worth visiting. There are parking spaces opposite the property but the road is narrow so make sure you pull right up to the path. All in all we had a great stay. The whole process was professional and a cut above the rest. We would highly recommend this villa.

La villa spacieuse. La piscine. Le jardin. Tout est très bien

Il faut aimer les vacances loin des foules et de l hypertourisme. Entre ocean et montagnes il y a tout à decouvrir. Pour les randonneurs les balades fléchées sont nombreuses. Galdar est a quelques minutes a pied. On y trouve tout ce qu il faut. Nicolas est parfait et cumule les roles de guide touristique de traducteur et de mecano à l occasion. Tous les produits de première nécessité sont fournis. On est partis à 3 amis et on a bien aimé . Par contre voiture indispensable.

Genau wie im Inserat

Das Objekt war wirklich schön, leider hat es uns mehr an ein Haus erinnert, als an eine Villa (Reihenhaus) aber komplett abgeschottet von den anderen Nachbarn durch einen wunderschönen Garten! Wir waren anfangs von der Lage wirklich schockiert, eine total enge Straße und man sah auch nicht wirklich Besserung aber da haben wir uns geirrt, kaum sind wir die Straße hoch in die Stadt gelaufen, waren wir auch schon in der wunderschönen Innenstadt von galdar! Nicolas (der Vermieter) war jeden Tag da um sich um den Garten zu kümmern und hat einen jeden Tag mit Informationen über die Insel versorgt (was ich persönlich einfach zu viel fand aber auch sehr aufmerksam). Wir hatten zum Glück einen Mietwagen, weil ohne die Fortbewegung sehr schwierig gewesen wäre (keine Tourismus-Gegend) aber teilweise schwierig beim parken in der engen Straße. Man muss schon am Berg anfahren können und es auch lieben :D Alles in allem war es eine unglaublich schöne Woche in einer tollen Gegend, mit einem sehr netten Vermieter!

Can't fault it...

Stayed at villa with friends end of April into May. The villa is remarkably well equipped with everything you need and more.. The pool was great and water temperature ideal as it is partially heated by solar panels. Plenty of outside seating areas on terrace,garden area and pool...Only downside to our holiday was the annoying clouds that seem to sit over the north of Gran Canaria during our entire stay but we can't hold the villa responsible for that! Would definitely stay here again..

A really nice stay in Gandar

This is a very well equipped property with everything you might need - and Nicholas is there every day and very prompt to respond if there is a discrepancy. The pool area is lovely and completely private, and Gandar is gorgeous - a real community town with lots of life, everyone very friendly, and not a tourist in sight (a real bonus!) However, the tourist areas are easily accessible by car and we spent a couple of days doing boat trips (dolphins and whales - really worth while) and checking out the main beaches. But for us it was nicer in the north, (greener, less glitz), and the countryside just back from the coast has some spectacular places to visit (if you can cope with the rather hair raising mountain roads. Nicholas was very helpful with suggestions on what to see and very interested in what we thought. Good job we spoke Spanish though - could have been a little confusing if we hadn't!

Schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus hat uns gut gefallen, und war sehr gut ausgestattet. In einem Schlafzimmer war allerdings ein Kleiderschrank am auseinanderfallen. Er müsste mal repariert oder ein neuer angeschafft werden. Der Garten ist sehr schön und am Pool war es sehr ruhig, so dass man gut entspannen konnte. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war gut, und der Service vorort ausgezeichnet. Der Garten und der Pool wurde regelmäßig gepflegt. Vom Ferienhaus bis zum Zentrum nach Galdar läuft man ca. 7 Minuten. Fabulous Holiday Home

The Villa is fantastic, the garden wonderful, the pool gorgeous. Everything was just right. The quality of the accommodation was very good and there was everything needed for a great holiday. The variety of seating/eating areas was superb, even a shower/toilet/washbasin and kitchen area down by the pool! The view is beautiful (and is just as the photo shows). There is even a resident Cat who provided many amusing moments and is very friendly. Do not be put off by the strange position of the villa - we wondered what we had come to when we arrived along a single track road lined with odd "breeze block" walls and banana fields covered in protective materials. Once through the front door you are in another world! If you want a holiday without noise, away from the busy towns, this place is ideal. We drove all around the Island, seeing the bars, crowded beaches....fish and chips..... and it was wonderful to return to the peace and quiet, fabulous facilities, glorious pool and just relax. Veray and his Father were extremely helpful but not intrusive. We will return!
