"Nice clean rooms and quiet"

"We really liked being in this hotel, in was comfy, safe, warm and very closed to the Edmonton mall. It was also clean and the staff was very nice all the time. They have also breakfast that is useful for you to not go out but right there you also have Smitty's restaurant if you want something different or if you want a nice lunch or dinner. We would definitely come back."

"We rented the family suite on our overnight stay in Edmonton and when we were ready to shut it down for the night, we wanted to draw the curtains we found the windows only had sheers and full side panels that didn’t close. There was no way to darken the room from the lights outside nor to have privacy from anyone outside looking in. We asked the front end staff for some pins and they suggested using the hangers in the closet to clamp the side panels across the window. That was a frustrating...

"The bed was full of dog hair. The door did not lock when shut. Room was changed to a clean one. A late check out was approved which was very nice, however housekeeping was not made aware and was banging extremely hard on the door waking us up in a panic. The “do not disturb” sign was ignored and this happened again one hour later. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were square shaped and stuffed with uneven material. Upon leaving staff did not ask how the stay was."

"Necesita mejor atención del personal "

"Outdated hotel, but some renovations were going on. Rooms were clean, and had comfortable beds/ pillows.. Basic and simple for the price paid. There was a peculiar smell in the hallways all the time. Overall was OK"
