"Property is old and outdated. The head board was faded and looked dusty. When I stepped into the bathtub, it felt like it was going to crack. It didn't feel stable. Also, there was no hand soap or hand towel to use. The mini fridge turned off when you leave the room with yiur card so it did not keep anything cold. On a positive note, staff were quick to respond when we needed more towels or cleaning."

"I booked a room for my family in 5 days but was really disappointed. The apartment smelled very bad and there were baby cockroaches on the dining table. The bathroom had a leak in the ceiling and was moldy. "

"The room is situated right with the bathroom area totally separate from the living area. I had a balcony and used it on ocassion to watch the traffic below. There is some traffic noise at night however this is Vietnam in the GovVap area and quite busy. There are two grocery stores just around the corner and numerous restaurants. "
