House is better than the pictures. Amazing location and safe place on the lake for the kids to swim. We had a few issues that could have definitely made our stay better (lost remote control for downstairs tv before we got there that owner could not replace in time, power outage due to storm). Worked out fine. Definitely recommend this house.

The property worked great for an off-site work meeting. There is plenty of seating to accommodate 10+ people upstairs, downstairs, and on the back porch/balcony. The house is clean and well-maintained.

The lake house was everything and more. All the appointments in the house are very classy, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the outside area with the pool and lake was absolutely great. My five grandchildren ages 6 to 11 just loved all there was to do outside. We've stayed every year either at the beach or a lake and by far this was the best house we have found.

BEAUTIFUL LAKE VIEWS

This house is amazing! From the moment you walk through the front door you see the lake! The home is so beautifully constructed, and everything is enormous. This house is special from the size of the rooms, beautiful doors and windows, and the incredible wood ceilings that are soaringly high! Communication with the owner was prompt and informative. Check in and out was very easy. The pool and hot tub area is exquisite. Very classy. We rented a boat at a marina nearby. The dock is fun since you can jump into the lake from the top level! Overall it was a great vacation!

Beautiful home, great location

House was perfect for a large group reunion. Location on the lake was secluded and comfortable. Loved our visit and would happily return. We did, however, have an encounter with a snake found in the basement that we relocated outdoors, as well as two mice that were running under and around the couches in the basement. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Luxury at the lake

My 2 children with spouses and 3 grandchildren loved this beautiful lakeside home. There was ample space for all of us to be together or have quiet space. We enjoyed the outside space with s’mores at the fire pit, relaxing in the whirlpool, swinging on the porch swing and swimming endlessly 😎. We’re already planning our next visit ❤️

The house and grounds were both beautiful. The kids loved the pool and spent long hours in it. They also enjoyed the dock for fishing and diving (much to our surprise being so high up!). Having the grocery store so close was great. We would recommend the place to others.

Great Home on a Breathtaking Cove

Our family of 14 had a great stay at this home with room for everyone. Jerry was quick to respond to our questions and to notify us if people were coming for outdoor maintenance of the property. We spent most of our time on the back deck enjoying the spectacular view and in the heated pool or out on the water.

Great Home to unwind and network with family

It is a gorgeous lake front home. Nestled in the woods with a great view of a portion of the lake. The owner was very helpful. We were so glad he is willing to rent his family summer house. I can't think of a better retreat for a large family.

Long live staycations!

Absolutely breathtaking! The home was exactly like the pictures…my family and friends enjoyed all the amenities throughout the house. Kitchen area was spacious and had everything we needed…the downstairs level that give you access to the pool was really cool. The house was very functional. The bedrooms were actually a little bigger than expected with really comfy bed. Plenty extra throws for warmth. You may need to bring your own face towel for the shower, but each room has a bathroom close by or actually in the bedroom. If there was anything that was slightly concerning was the winding driveway, you definitely needed to be focus maneuvering up and down, but even the surrounding of the house was peaceful and serene nobody was pressed to long. They had a golf kart on premises to assist with parking details that was pretty thoughtful. Communication was pretty good, there was a bit of a struggle understand the access info, but it didn’t take to long to get an understanding…reading all the written details that were sent was very important…it made the small things easily accessible. Thanks for a comfortable stay!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our family of fourteen just returned from a week on lovely Lake Lanier near Dawsonville, GA. We spent six nights in this beautiful multi-level lake house enjoying the many amenities and making wonderful memories! The home was MORE than accurate in both its description and pictures on the Vrbo listing – if anything, it exceeded our expectations! With over 6,000 square feet of living area, we had plenty of spaces to come together with room to spare and plenty of quiet nooks and crannies for alone time, if that was necessary. While the home was wonderful, the outdoor areas were FABULOUS!! The outdoor kitchen area, with high-end gas grill, was perfect for cooking evening meals by the pool. The pool/spa, with its infinity edge and waterfalls, varying depths, entertainment features (basketball goal!), and multiple lounging areas, was able to provide hours of enjoyment for our family’s three generations! And the two-story dock with swing gate was perfect for jumping into the clear, cool water of Lake Lanier! The host was SO easy to communicate with, both before and during our stay - he did everything in his power to ensure we had a wonderful family vacation! Thank you again, Jerry, for letting us spend time in your beautiful “piece of Paradise!!”
