My family was in town for the Florida-Ole Miss baseball series and had the absolute pleasure of staying at this property. Conveniently located to everything you need, the house oozes old Florida charm. Bonus - the wife enjoyed the complimentary coffee items! But what truly made it was the host, who proves the notion that good things come to good people. Ananda is a good egg, and through kindness and communication has earned our family’s business for as long as we are welcome. We are scheduled for a few more stays the rest of the baseball season and can’t wait to return. Thank you Ananda for your hospitality and everyone out there do yourself a favor by staying at this house when you need a place in Gainesville.

We had another wonderful stay! This was our second visit to this house, and it was just as great as the first. The home is clean, comfortable, and has everything we need for a relaxing getaway. We especially appreciate that it’s pet-friendly—it’s so nice to be able to bring our dog along. The location is perfect, and the hosts make everything easy. We’re already looking forward to coming back again!

The house was cozy and comfortable. No complaints except for the several broken blinds. I rated the "Cleanliness of Property" with only 2 stars because of the yard, not the house. Summary: I would stay there again.

Peaceful Cottage

This place is so peaceful. It is near the police station in a college town, so you do get the odd siren and car doors slamming when folks get home late, but man, those mornings are so peaceful, quiet and amazing. The decor is perfectly comfortable and gave me such homey vibes. A bonus was finding a ukulele in the living room. I tuned the ukulele, so play it!

This was a nice property, as advertised, in a convenient location to downtown and UF. All the basics were present. We were there in Winter and the heat worked very well! Check-in was smooth and we enjoyed our stay.

Together for Nana's Memorial

Good house and close to campus

Overall, the house worked well for our family. Home is a bit on the small side. Good size bedrooms, and living room. Small bathroom, kitchen. Dining table and chairs don’t really fit the space. Fenced yard a huge plus for our pets. Outside seating area would also be nice in the cooler months.

Sad to leave!

This was our third time staying and I was honestly sad to leave. Not only is the house comfortable and clean, but everything is still in great shape since our first visit in March of 2023, which says a lot about how well the hosts care for the property. We got to bring our pups this time and they loved hanging out on the back deck and side porch. Location is quiet and super convenient. So grateful we were able to book here again for our trip. Big thanks to the hosts for another perfect stay.

We spent a week at the house after moving our son into an apartment nearby. The house is super cozy and the beds are SO comfortable! We appreciated the responsiveness of the host and were grateful she was able to accommodate us coming a day early!

Wonderful stay again!

This is our second time staying here, and everything was just as perfect as the first time a year ago. Everything about the property is super cozy and comfortable- from the covered patio and backyard deck, to the furnishings, beds, and linens. The location is in very close proximity to everything, but still has a nice private, tucked away feel. This will always be our first choice whenever we travel to Gainesville!

Great little place close to everything

Clean property, just the right size for 3 of us. Located walking distance to both a park and a police station, and just 5-10 minutes drive to pretty much everything we wanted to do and see. Would stay here again.

Great little home

Cute property perfect for my party of 2. Clean house, comfy beds, cold central A/C & hot coffee! We liked walking to some of G’ville’s off the path hidden gems, Afternoon, Coterie market & Superette. Not a far walk from campus but not five minutes either. House was quiet and has a cute park w/nice playground and walking path just down the street.
