Claudia was awesome. Amazing property. Great location. Clean comfortable and was great for us and my French bulldog. Would stay again and highly recommend for others.

We rented this townhouse for family visiting for our daughter's graduation, and it worked out wonderfully. The location was very convenient, and our family especially enjoyed being able to visit the restaurants in the village center and the Saturday farmers market in the neighborhood. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The host was exceptionally responsive and quick to answer any questions we had before and during the visit. We would definitely recommend this property and would be happy to stay here again.

A really cute, clean place with everything you need. Perfect location to walk into the village and access restaurants and stores. Plus it’s very convenient to access main roads to Gainesville and places around. Claudia was great to communicate with. We loved our stay.

Stayed one night with my 3 adult/young adult daughters for the Morgan Wallen concert. Very cute and updated. Neighborhood very quiet and quaint. Excellent and timely communication with host.

Graduation weekend was amazing staying at this beautiful, clean and comfortable property. Location is great, only 15-20 min from campus and right in the heart of Hail plantation with goodLocal restaurants and a fun Saturday farmers market a very short walk away. Host was easy to communicate with. Check in and out was seamless. Very highly recommended.

This house is the cutest. I was traveling alone for work for a month & this house was exactly what I needed. The amenities are perfect, the house is incredibly clean and everything was in working order. The area is amazing and the neighborhood and neighbors are welcoming and kind. The host is absolutely attentive and responsive. It’s the perfect place to stay.

Beautiful, clean property in a quiet neighborhood with paved walking trail access to Haile Village shops and restaurants. Fantastic communication with host. Really enjoyed our 10 day stay and hope to be back very soon.

Softball Weekend

Enjoyed our stay while attending a softball tournament in Newbury. This home was so adorable and it had everything we needed to be comfortable. Beds were very cozy and loved the local downtown and farmer's market. We would definitely stay there again.

Claudia's townhouse was perfect for me and by 9 year old daughter. Very clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. Claudia was super communicative and helpful. We had a lovely week there.

Gainesville family visit

Property was perfect for us. We were visiting elderly family nearby. Proximity to Haile Village is amazing - residence was clean and comfortable. Would definitely book again!

Cute and Convenient

Very quaint TH with easy access to Hale village. Also close to UF amenities and shopping. We love the area and its trails, woods and charm. Claudia was very on top of our stay and while it was easy and uneventful clearly wanted us to enjoy our visit. Thanks!
