"The unit itself is a 5 star experience but the parking situation is inconvenient. A narrow singular access point to reach the rear parking creates a gridlock when the other unit's guests block access. Having to go knock and ask them to move their cars became a nuisance. Otherwise the neighborhood is quiet, unit is spotless and close to UF. "

I should note that this condo is on the 2nd floor and is one straight flight of narrow stairs, so if you have any disabilities or impairments this may be an issue for you.
