"Fairly priced fo r Gainesville especially in light of other going's on at the time. we were in town for a family event. The location is good, close to campus and close to a Publix etc. Quiet condo complex. Appropriately priced for the unit itself and as compared to a hotel stay."

"House was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed for our stay! Location was great! 10-15 minutes from the University, 40 minutes from Ichatucknee Springs. We will stay here again next time we find ourselves in Gainesville. "
