"I have pondered whether or not to respond to this survey. However, you need to know this unit was the worst I have encountered since one on the Alaska Highway in the 1960s. The panorama view is spectacular, a photographer's dream. The access stairway consists of large irregular concrete blocks that led to the deck that crossed the entire front of the building. "The communication with the owner was excellent. She was very responsive to all of my questions. In addition, the location was perfect, within walking distance to some beach access and short drive away from some popular destinations. Overall, this is an ideal location and property for 1-2 travelers. One small suggestion for improvement would be a coffee maker."

"We generally enjoyed our stay there as 2 adults and 2 kids (11 and under). It has a very homey vibe. It would be nice to be more clear about how many visits with the animals were included with our stay. This is a working farm so don't expect it to be precious and perfect. "We had a very cozy stay at the Quiet & Cozy Room! We arrived late for check-in, but our host, Renée, was there to greet us and show us around. The room was delightful. If we weren't on such a tight travel schedule we definitely would have stayed longer."
