Our room was clean, comfortable, and the heating was amazing — we felt warm and cosy throughout our stay. We also dined at the restaurants and the food was really tasty, with excellent service. "El hotel pertenece a un complejo en el que tienes de todo, desde cine hasta restaurantes y una súper piscina. Está pensado para familias con niños, la habitación es amplia y cómoda y tienes lo justo, eso si, tiene sus años y necesita alguna que otra reformilla... pero en general está muy bien, a la entrada del pueblo junto a supermercados y frente a la estación de tren. La única pega es que de noche necesita un poc más de iluminación ya que había zonas que estaban completamente oscuras. Otro...

"Elizabeth sent me an email before I was checking in making sure i was aware that there would be no one present on site. Keys were left exactly where she said they would be and instructions for breakfast and everything else were easy to understand and locate. The Crossing is suitably located right next to the Kingussie railroad station and is close to the Barracks - one of the sites to see while we were there. Would highly recommend this place."

"Hosts were very friendly and attentive, providing a great welcome and suggestions for dinner in the evening, as well as a recommendation of an activity to do the next day after we checked out. Bathroom was private for our room, though not connected to the room itself. The bathroom was very nice. Our room also had a sink in the bedroom itself. Bed was a bit soft - the mattress was not the most comfortable, but overall, no issue. We very much enjoyed our stay, and if we stay in the area again...

"Superb little apartment that made for a great home from home for the three nights I was there on a business trip. Everything is done to such a high standard with lovely furniture, comfy bed, decent sized rooms and a well appointed kitchen. Will definitely return! "

"easy to find close to everything. The house was lovely and warm when we arrived, with lovely little additions such as milk, wine, and biscuits. The drive was gritted which helped so much as we arrived during the heavy snow in November. Great communication from start to finish and always there if anything was needed. Would highly recommend."
